The wifi doesn’t work!!! It is a must in a Hotel nowadays. The facilities inside the room could be more: kettle, tea, etc.

Fin service, renlighed i top.
Flink personale der hjalp med opgradering. Ikke meget luksus på værelserne, tænker corona har skylden, der er hverken kuglepen, skohorn, eller andet. Der bluver ikke fyldt op med kaffe og the.
Men ok ophold.

We arrived late (22:30), night portier did not speak English but everything worked out well.
Our room was superb, 60 m2 suite. Pity we could benefit of it so much, because of our short stay.
Excellent breakfast with all German bells and whistles.
Hotel is big, so breakfast room was very busy which was a bit uncomfortable in times like these.

Hotel located in good distance to the city (Alte Stadt).
Rooms were nice, large and clean - but remember to bring your own body lotion and shampoo (only body shampoo at the bathroom).
Dogs were very welcome (fine pillow and food-trunks 🐶) but not allowed in the restaurant.
Food from the restaurant were not impressive (not even a Wiener schnitzel at the menu card. Walk to the City Centre where you find a lot of restaurants (15 min) 👍
Massage - no available times and sometimes no people at the desk where you were supposed to order. And English language were a big challenge.
But a fine stay for the money cost 😊

Dejlig morgenmad og fin pool. Rengøringen var ufleksibel og kunne ikke rigtigt vente med at komme ind om morgenen, selvom det vist var hurtigt gjort at dømme efter resultatet.
Dyr parkering.
Lidt sølle at der ikke er mulighed for at lave kaffe og te på værelset.
Vi havde valgt et superior værelse og havde forventet lidt mere.
Der manglede lidt hygge - planter, personlighed.

Hotel wirbt mit Rauchverbot. Habe ein verrauchtes Zimmer bekommen, das noch dazu dringend restauriert gehört. Vielleicht, weil ich kein Frühstück gebucht habe. Der Pool war super. Aber insgesamt für ein Vier Sterne Hotel viel zu wenig!
