The staff was awesome the **** Hut was delicious lot of food choices and the pool was devine!

I stayed here for a couple days and when I say the professionalism is awful here. I’d rate my stay a solid 2/10. The 2 would come from the room being very nice and the food being good as well. However, the security guys at the pool, the entertainment guys, the lifeguards must’ve all gotten their training at sexual harassment central. I wouldn’t recommend for any woman traveling alone or even as a group. I wouldn’t recommend for anyone. It even took a whole day of calling, eventually having to go down to the front desk for them to even restock the mini fridge. Awful service.

Our experience at Grand Palladium was absolutely fantastic! From March 1st to March 4th, we celebrated two birthdays, and Syrecka Tucker went above and beyond to ensure our celebrations were extraordinary. She decorated our rooms, arranged restaurant reservations, and made sure the restaurants were aware of the birthday celebrations. The highlight of our first night was at the Japanese restaurant, where Chef Rosselle wowed us with a spectacular presentation while cooking in front of us and joined in our celebration. By the beach, Melissa Noble was an exceptional bar lady who made our days even more enjoyable - she truly is the best! And at the seafood restaurant, Isha Green welcomed us with a song and infectious celebration spirit, making our dining experience unforgettable. Overall, our stay was flawless, and I can't wait to return!

It was okay overall, but what really ruined it was a bad incident with the spa manager, Samana. This experience really ruined our vacation. I spent almost $300 cda for a treatment, which was supposed to help my sunburn and did not. The next day, me and my daughter were waiting for my husband at the pool beside the gym, and Samana came and started to interrogate us and telling us that we were not allowed in this pool because it was part of the spa. Samana was not friendly at all. She was full of attitude and really rude to me and my family. She stood a few meters away from us and tried to intimidate us until we packed our stuff. Her and her colleague were staring at us and made us feel really bad. Unfortunately, it ruined our vibe for the rest of the trip. This pool was located outside in an open space between the spa and the gym. There was no sign that indicated that it was part of the spa or that it was exclusively for the spa members. We spent a lot of money for this trip and I wish we did have to experience this. Unfortunately, me and my family would not go back or would not recommend.

We loved our stay! The resort was beautiful and clean! The food and service was amazing. The hospitality was wonderful and everyone was so friendly. Would definitely recommend staying here and we will be coming back!

Beware of the hard sell of their vacation club. They want you to pre-buy weeks of vacation at their properties at a supposed discount. Their sales staff will aggressively pursue you and urge you to attend a two hour sales meeting. The room we had was quite tired and moldy in the shower. The local food in the restaurants was really good, but the americanized tourist food was strictly for the kids. The beer selection was limited to red stripe, and all mixed drinks i saw were made with mr boston spirits or a local rum.

There aren’t enough vegan options on the buffet. It needs to be easier to get reservations for the restaurants. The property is wonderful, clean and safe.
