All was good. Make up room indicator wasn't working. They didn't make room till I alerted them - breakfast ***y items.

Excellent service ,quick service. Nice staff,very nice hospitality. Nice location, near to janeshwar park, Near to ambedkar garden. Clean rooms. It is price worthy. I enjoy the stay Swimming pool and gym are available In plate they give welcome cake

Hospitality is very good and like like the Hilton brand service. Special thank you Mr. Adil . He has good smile. Thnx for cold coffee. It's to . And also mention the another name like rohit , dipika, aswini, Mustafa . And also last night food is to delicious. Thank you IRD TEAM also.

It was one the best experience. Staff was courteous and very attentive. Room was clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfy and all the amenities were present. Food was delicious. Breakfast has a large variety with best taste. Will definitely revisit.

Great service at restaurant. Really good. Akhilesh yadav and Rohit took good care of me. Whatever ordered given on time and took well care. I suggest all to take this experience once if in Lucknow. I come regularly and this was a good experience.

I feel the stay like home away from home. I stayed @ Hilton for my duty purpose and i was very happy when i got the service like our home. start from door welcoming person even the chauffeur for pick up drop from hotel and very welcoming reception guys even restaurant and house keeping were giving such a nice hospitality. I could not recall all the names but the lady who is from House Keeping her name is Ms NISHU ,was talking to me like my sister and other staff Ms LAXMI and HK executive Mr AMIT made my day very happy. Once again Thank You all for giving me a wonderful stay.

The trip was amazing... All the staff were friendly and helpful. Thanks for making the stay comfortable. The room was very clean and the bed was made perfectly. Food was also good. Special thanks to Mr. Antas and Nishu from Housekeeping Department.
