The hotel room was very shabby and the staff initially told that there is no room left. Later they offered one room which they said is last room but it seems it was there staff room. Having no choice in the late evening i have accepted the room with lot of complaints. The hotel staff tries to offer free dinner and breakfast in order to compensate their room problem.

Myriad - takerees inn lucknow is a very low grade hotel with low hygiene. I've stayed at far better properties at this price. They ac was throwing ice and the ceiling fan was covered with dirt. It is a below average stay and i would never go back.

The bathroom was messy and clogged. The mattress was not comfortable and kept making sounds on every movement. The staff was not well behaved. Food quality was average. Ac didn't have a remote so had to get up multiple times during night to adjust the temperature. During breakfast in the restaurant, people were eating and the hotel staff was sweeping and mopping the floor. Overall it was a terrible experience.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Hazratganj, Lucknow, and had a pleasant experience. The hotel offers excellent services, with the staff being courteous and professional. The room was quite decent, providing a comfortable stay. There's also a restaurant on the property, which is convenient. The location is a major plus—just a 5-minute walk from the main Hazratganj crossing and close to the metro station. Situated right on the road, the area is peaceful and quiet, with all necessary services nearby. Overall, it was a good stay and I’d recommend it for anyone visiting the area.

The quality of the room is not good, the washroom shower is not working properly, ambience is also not good at all and moreover the whole night traffic sound is coming in the room so night was also not peaceful.

Bed linen is not good. We experienced khatmal in cott throughout the night ac was also not working fine. The overall furniture and fittings were not maintained. It requires renovation for the entire set of the room
