Booked 2 AC Premium rooms for 2 days by calling the hotel as better deal from goibibo was provided. Booking was smooth and receipt was provided over whatapp. We check-in was smooth. Rooms are well maintained and well furnished. Washroom and rooms were neat and clean. Lift working fine. Daily house keeping use to come to clean the rooms and change the towels. Complementary breakfast was provided at the 4th Floor. Ordering foods take some time in the as they prepare food after order ,but there are plenty of better places to eat nearby in the Aminabad Market. Railway station is nearby. Airport is 40-45 min distance. Hotel is at the central location and ola/uber can be easily available. Overall a very good experience.

I booked executive room, staff behaviour is excellent. Food is available on reasonable price with few options. Room was neat and clean.

No bathroom linen provided, leaking bathroom taps and mouse squealing in washroom ventilation all night, wrong bill generated, refund awaited. Only thing good was room service and food

The overall experience was good and the behaviour of the staff was amazing. The property is easy to locate and it is just 900 meters from the railway station.

Clean and neet room. This hotel is very near to lucknow junction staff behaviour was very good. Breakfast was tasty with several options

Stay was worth the money, location is easily accessible and felt as a secure one, the rooms were clean and well maintained, didn't have much interaction but staff was well behaved and professional, room had all the mentioned amenities as well.
