"An unforgettable stay! The hotel staff were incredibly hospitable, the rooms were spacious and clean, and the amenities exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect, offering both tranquility and easy access to local attractions. We can't wait to return!"

It was a lovely time spent at park plaza as akansha was a best server till date in the hotel we would appreciate her for her good service and her career we would come back here again for more lovely memories and delicious food hope to see her soon and all the best to her team as well

My experience at night was terrible here! The room was freaking smelly like a public toilet! I asked the guy on duty at late night to fix it but he mention that housing keeping staff is not available so, he can’t do anything other then putting room fresh spray with made the smell more bad! The hotel need to understand these things! Now I’m spending my whole night in the lobby of this hotel. Dam disappointed.

Stayed first time in The Stories, Ludhiana. Hotel is well maintained, neat and clean. Staffs are very humble and courteous. Food was awesome, enjoyed my stay and will always prefer to stay here. Location is prime, Hotel in Pavilion Mall civil lines.

The hotel was located in very good location inside the pavilion mall. Room was newly built and proper maintained. Staff is supportive. Food was good and prices are reasonable too. Overall a nice experience. They have open sky restro which is very nice to sit in evening

This is pathetic hotel in the town, please dont book this hotel even you will get the offer at F. O. C. (Free of cost) Staff behavior is so rude, they even don't know how to talk and deal with their Customers.. There is a gym on 7th floor, and you can hear the sound of thier DJ in your room till 11:30pm Please donate your money rather than paying to this hotel

Very good hotel in Ludhiana. Comfortable stay and good food. Cleanliness is good and staff are polite. You can roam around in the mall just below the hotel if you have free time. Rates are reasonable.

No worth of hotel . No maintenance Water leakage from AC very badly Rooms are not well maintained Worst experience Condition of ROOMS are pathetic As per the pics on internet it is totally opposite. Service is fine not good Overall rating will be almost 1 out 5

Being in travelling profile i can say that stay at this hotel is one of my most pleasant stay. Special mention to kitchen staff specially Mr. Rakhvinder and the mouth watering paranthas by Chef Biswas.
