I stayed i great hotels, but this one deserves all the stars . The place is beautiful great combination of nature and the last advances of technology in the rooms. The personal attention we received from the Susana Balbo team was superb a deserved to mention some names .
Starting every morning Ximena was waiting l for us with the breakfast always happy and respected our privacy
Its was a pleasure to see her every morning.
Macarena, Barbara and jonathan for any requests we have and for plan the things we did they were outstanding .
And Marco he was incredible we have a new friend in Mendoza he never stoped to go the extra mile to made us happy.
Our drivers Sergio and Mauro were the best.
Definitely we are going to come back when we need to rest disconnect and need to believe in the existence of good people.
Thank you Susana Balbo and family for create this oasis .

Beautiful and unique Hotel!! Outstanding and professional service and delicious food. Interesting and delicate art in and around the hotel. Rooms spacious, modern and luxurious (including private Sauna). Planning to come back soon...

What a stay. One of the best hotels we have stayed at. The service, the room, the location, the atmosphere, everything was simply perfect. We realy enjoyed staying at Susana Balbo. We had a lovely trip to Aconcagua, not to the top, but first basecamp. we had an excellent guide that Balbo fixed for us. The vineyards we visited was lovely. they gave us Interesting informations about making wine and how the companies started. Fantastic wine. Loved everything about this stay. Absolutely Recommended.

We stayed 2 nights and 2 full days for our anniversary last May All the experience, the food, the attention was extraordinary The place is beautiful The rooms amazing The welcome massage was great too The next day we went to the bodegas of Susana Balbo to have lunch and. All the steps of the lunch were amazing too

Understated refined elegance, privacy, and the most accommodating staff I’ve seen in a long time. Gated manned security is a nice feature. The suites are extraordinary. Cuisine is creative, and nicely presented. We loved the privacy of having our own mini-villa, complete with the most interesting bathtub we’ve ever seen and a steam room. Some units have saunas. My wife and I both enjoyed a massage, and they were excellent and very reasonably priced. We wished we had scheduled more than our 3 nights.

I only have superlatives for the Susana Balbo Winemakers House and Spa Suites. I spent four fabulous nights there. The service is exemplary and the food is exquisite. The staff go out of their way to make one feel welcome and a part of the family. The rooms have all the luxury features that enhance the service I experienced. I recommend without hesitation.

What an amazing life affirming experience. The stay here was a sanctuary from today's busy world. The rooms are the best you will find anywhere in the world. The whole time spent at Susana Balbo was restful, cathartic and holistic. Service was above exceptional and the staff were so happy and friendly. We will definately be going back. Special thanks to Barbara, Joseph and Cecelia. A definate oasis.

The location is unique, tranquil, and amazing. The staff went above and beyond helping me surprise my wife on our honeymoon with printed wedding photos, desert, and champagne. The food is 5-stars and as you might imagine, the wine list is excellent. A truly memorable experience.

Fabulous exclusive hotel , 7 rooms only, in the heart of Mendoza wine country. Extraordinary elegance , seamless service. The rooms were incredible, spacious with every luxury from steam spa/and soaking tub…. all fully blended into a curated landscape The architecture was inspired to merge inside /outside spaces with subtle elegance . The restaurant offered high quality preparations and a diverse selection of regional wine . Overall, fantastic base for exploring and recuperating
