Jinyuan Wenfu Guesthouse (Luoyi Ancient City Lijingmen Branch)

Location is away from the main road but can easily found from maps apps. Our room was very small but with modern settings. Free welcome snack was given and you can have coffee and tea di the lobby for free. The hotel can be a good base to go to Shaolin temple and Longmen grottoes, you can take a bus from Luoyang railway station (accessible from the metro)

Closed to 洛阳老城街。 other than my front room is quiet noisy during early morning rest are satisfying and good

Excellent location , good service , comfortable room

The perfect stay for my two day trip in Luoyang. I felt like I was going back home every time I returned to the hotel after visiting somewhere. The hotel is really beautiful and exquisitely designed by the owner himself. There are thoughtful details everywhere and all the equipments are high quality. My room had a private balcony which had plenty of sunlight during the day. In the courtyard there are ponds with fishes and at night the building lights up nicely. The bulding is close to a metro stop and many bus lines that will take you to all the sights. The owner is very nice and welcoming, we had many long conversations and he also provided great recommendations. On my second morning I received a ticket for the famous beef soup at a restaurant nearby. I’m looking forward to coming back!

Everything was great free coffee in the morning, but if you are a traveller, note that the smart room is not that easy to use especially for AC. But with perseverance you can make it work. Location is S tier as its really near the old city and the main street with a big night market that is lively.
