I have chosen this hotel by recomendation of my friend. It has very good position, not far from the train station and fast to arrive to the Longmen Grottoes. I had a room with panorama windows, spacious and big. With help of translating app we managed to talk to reception. Robot is bringing things to the door. We have received very positive service from the front desk ladies. Special thanks to them for hospitality. Thanks to the manager mrs. Zhu Yan.
Only one recomendation is to make at least some floors no smoking for guests who are allergic and cannot support the smell. I would suggest also to add a bell boy or a man to help with luggage, ladies helped us but it is heavy to make them do it. They work hard already.
I received very nice gifts: cookies, fans and candies from the front desk. Thank you! I will come back.

All in all a very pleasant stay. The hotel‘s staff, especially Tien Tien helped us with things to do and restaurant recommendations in the area. Everyone working here is extremely attentive and the experience was just 5 of 5 stars. We would give more if it was possible :)
Thanks for making our stay in Luoyang a very special experience.

Room floor was not clean, pillow not comfortable, windows not closing properly, sofa cushions not clean. Breakfast the fried eggs were piled up and cold. Breakfast area and entrance a lot of men smoking ignoring the sign: speechless

出差訂了美豪酒店，位置優越交通便利，乘地鐵出行很方便，附近餐館很多很繁華。房間很大，床品乾淨整潔也很舒服，酒店的服務人員都會主動問好，有種賓至如歸的感覺，特別是餐飲部的梅子姐姐服務熱情周到！

和閨蜜來洛陽遊玩訂了美豪酒店，總體不錯，離地鐵站和高鐵站很近很方便！房間視野開闊，衞生間乾濕分離，開敝式的洗漱間及淋浴間沒有放換洗衣服的地方，有欠缺，沒私隱。酒店有自助早餐和免費下午茶，這點不錯，餐廳梅子姐姐服務熱情周到！早餐品類還是可以的，起碼在洛陽能吃到我熱愛的炒的蔬菜。

Останавливаюсь в данном отеле третий раз и все очень нравится! Классный вид из окна, хорошее местоположение - до любых достопримечательностей можно добраться за минимальное время, огромные номера.
Огромное спасибо двум девушкам- 阳阳, 梅子. Очень заботливые, подарили подарки, помнят меня как постоянного клиента, очень трепетное отношение!
Конечно, в следующий раз при поездке в Лоян остановлюсь в этом же отеле!

入住酒店的時候，前台的甜甜和阿悦服務非常熱情，幫幫拿行李送到了房間，給我們升級房型，表示感謝。餐飲部的梅子服務很熱心，早點的時候人比較多，指導錯時用餐，下午茶的時候我們要去景區 ，協助我們帶了一些小零食和水果，早餐豐盛 ，我們吃什麼還幫着取餐食，對她的服務非常滿意。酒店附近有地鐵站，出行方便，離高鐵站也不遠 ，對這次入住比較滿意，感謝酒店的全體服務人員。
