Ibis Hotel (Luoyang Wangfujing Hotel)

To był wspaniały weekend w hotelu Ibis! Personel był bardzo gościnny i przyjazny, naprawdę doceniliśmy pomoc w ustaleniu kierunku do świątyni Baimasi. Jest to naprawdę typ hotelu, w którym można odpocząć po długim dniu spędzonym w podróży

10 minutes walk from Luoyang Railway Station (metro). Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is reasonably good in terms of Asian and western varieties. Very for money.

Nice for 2 nights. Great location (near both Luoyang station and Sachang Road metro : 10mins walking). They don’t speak English but they try their best to. Some rooms are smoking prohibited. Clean.

Hotel staff are most helpful. No request is too difficult. Room is spacious and clean but showing its age. It is not within walking distance of tourist hotspots but taxis are cheap and two metro stations are only easy walks away.

The hotel has the same standard as Ibis Budget in Europe. Clean, basic. Shower is strong and very hot . Good. But only 1 chair to sit in the room. The wall to the corridor is paper thin, some guests were chatting as they left the hotel at 6.30am. And we heard them loud and clear. Breakfast is so so . The quamtity of food variety is about 20% equivalent of Chinese local hotel offering. It's even tougher for foreigners, there's white toast, self cook eggs, chicken nuggets and chips. Very small selection of cereals and pastry. And I mean small. No jam, or conserve On the other hand I found the customer service to be first class They were ever so helpful. I rwlly appreciated their help very much. And another big plus was the washing machines. It's free to use them . So we did a major wash after nearly 15days. The washing was free of charge. The area is really in one of their neighbourhoods so restaurant choice was limited to just Chinese food. Forget about finding chips, steak, or even a KFC

The room is small and not functional. There’s no table and chair and no place to put luggage. Was very disappointed.

The staff were very kind. Room was fine. Bed was comfortable and pillows were above average. Bathroom was a bit small but shower was ok with size. Location was below what I expected because it is not close enough to subway.

I'm travelling with a friend & stayed in Ibis Luoyang Wangfujing for 3 nights. I'd like to give a Six star to the front desk young ladies,. They are very helpful, patient & friendly. And I'm really happy that Ibis Wangfujing provides free washing & dryer machines. Now I don't have to travel with dirty laundry. Just one little area to improve is the old building smell at the area of laundry area, but it's clean.
