We had a sudden medical emergency and the whole Paon Blanc team was on deck. Nothing was too much. Thank you very much.
The hotel is run as a family enterprise. It is clean and the food was excellent.

The map directions from ********** were inaccurate but once we found this hotel, we were very happy. Great place to base ourselves for a few days in the Pyrenees Atlantic. We even stayed an extra night.
Lovely food and good, friendly service.

The staff were sloppy, there was a nasty smell in the hotel but the room was okay and the bed was comfortable. Very old fashioned toilet separate from the bathroom. No toiletries provided. Easy parking in front of the hotel. Good sized television.

Endroit très sympathique, très bien accueilli, on y mange très bien et la chambre est très confortable. Agréablement surpris par le calme. On peut faire beaucoup d’activités de randonnées à pied ou à vélo, proximité des cols et petit coup de cœur pour le village de Lescun

Très bon hôtel réservé par hasard pour un déplacement professionnel. Accueil très sympathique, chambre très spacieuse et agréable. Dîner fait maison avec un rapport qualité/prix exceptionnel. Je recommande cet établissement et j'y retournerai avec plaisir.

Excellent accueil excellent dîner et chambre au top avec un matelas jamais vu en hôtel 20 cms minimum d épaisseur Je recommande cette étape en arrivant d Espagne pour aller à Nantes cet hôtel a été extraordinaire avec des prix très raisonnables

Nous avons trouvé cet endroit pour une soirée étape, avec mon mari et mon fils. Nous avons réservé par téléphone 2 chambres dont le tarif a été respecté par rapport au site Booking. Toute la procédure s'est faite simplement et la propriétaire nous a même proposé de l'appeler si jamais nous devions arriver plus tard dans la soirée. Accueil très chaleureux. Les chambres sont spacieuses et très bien agencées. Un détail apprécié avec des Pyrénéens sur le lit. Repas du soir : confit de canard délicieux et frites maison très bonnes. Le petit déjeuner parfait,: croissant, pain, céréales, jus de fruit et machine à café moulu. Le rapport qualité/prix est excellent. Nous reviendrons à coup sûr.

Accueil pas très chaleureux. Pour un 3 étoiles pas de taies d'oreiller sur les oreillers dans le lit, drap du dessous très froissé, tâche sur la housse de couette (même si c'était, je suppose de la rouille, on évite de la mettre), calcaire dans les toilettes, plateau d'accueil : manquait sucre et sachets de thé, il n'y avait que du café, volet roulant ne fonctionnait qu'à demi. L'humidité se fait bien sentir en rentrant dans l'hôtel qui aurait besoin d'être rénové (moquette sur les marchés d'escalier), chats se promenant dans la salle de restaurant. Salle de bain, propre. Coussins des Sièges extérieurs auraient besoin d'être lavés. Repas très bon et impeccable, il n'y a que cela de positif.

Accueil froid. Chambre donnant sur la forêt donc pas de bruit de la route. Bar insignifiant pour boire l'apéro. Restaurant agréable et carte intéressante. Bons mets. Par contre l'accueil, les responsables ont de la peine à dire bonjour, on se demande si on ne les embête pas de venir chez eux ! Seuls les deux serveurs du restaurant sont aimables et sympathiques.
