Most of the stuff with angry faces , cleaning room enter your room without permission at 10:40 while check out at 12 . Ridiculous and not acceptable .

Die Lage ist etwas abseits, der nächste Bus hält etwa 150 m vom Hotel entfernt.
Die Zimmer wirken etwas veraltet, und trotz des "Bitte nicht stören"-Schildes an der Tür klopfen die Reinigungskräfte.
Der Duft von chemischen Reinigern ist sehr präsent, und die Betten sind extrem weich, was Geschmackssache ist.
Abgesehen davon waren die Zimmer sauber und wurden täglich gereinigt.
Die Wellness-Einrichtungen wie Sauna, Schwimmbad und Fitnessraum sind im Vergleich zur Gästezahl recht klein.
Das Essen entsprach meiner Meinung nach nicht dem Niveau eines Vier-Sterne-Hotels, ich habe schon bessere Erfahrungen gemacht.
Die Mitarbeiter waren jedoch fast alle ausgesprochen freundlich.
Insgesamt würde ich dieses Hotel nicht erneut buchen, da mir das Bett zu weich war und das Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist

arrivé à 23 passé l hôtesse d accueil m a dit qu’il a fini son service et qu’il va nous faire notre checkin vite fait !!!
personnel manque du professionnalisme parle fort et rigole entre eux devant les clients ,9h du mat les femme de chambre font le souks devant les chambres.
petit dej médiocre pour un hôtel 4 étoile peut de choix .

Personnel aimable,grand parking gratuit,on pourrait faire un peu plus d'effort sur la propreté dans les chambres.wi fi correct qui pourrait être amélioré.

Excellent location with great Spa facilities. Only used the swimming pool as there was a football team enjoying themselves, just bad timing for me. The French barman was very nice! Totally enjoyed our chat. Live music will absolutely be a plus.
