Hotel location is very good, rooms are nice, comfy and well furnished. Staff is friendly. However breakfast quality and variety should be improved. Also, despite breakfast being served till 10.30am on Sundays, if you arrive after 9.30am there is a high risk of not finding any ham or charcuterie left. A lot of prepackaged food are on display, the pastries served are burnt, and fruit juice are of low grade. Also, the hotel proudly mentions that organic food is served, but it is wrong. Overall this breakfast does not reflect the quality of the rest of the hotel.

Sehr angenehmer erster Etappenhalt auf einer Velotour nach Paris. Ein würdig gealtertes, gut in Schuss gehaltenes und geräumiges Gründerzeithotel, das heute nicht nur Kurgäste beherbergt. Grosses, klassisch eingerichtetes Zimmer mit Blick ins Grün des angrenzenden Kurparks. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet gefiel mit vielfältigem Angebot. Und dies alles für einen moderaten Preis.

Appart hôtel proche des thermes et de toutes les commodités à pieds. Juste déçue de ne pas avoir eu un minime dédommagement par rapport aux 3 désagréments tout le long de mon séjour, changement de frigo, coupure d’eau et fuite d’eau … un geste commercial aurait été bienvenu

Très déçus car si nous avions pris la voiture électrique pas de borne de recharge alors que dans notre recherche référencé en possédant.
Pas de parking sécurisé;
Des oublis dans hygiène pas de savon pas de gel la COVID étant actualité étonnant de ne pas avoir de mesures de sécurité pour les clients.
Autres des sachets de thé et de café très bien mais pas de sucre.
fréquentant les hôtels je le classe en médiocre vu le prix j'ai effectué des nuitées dans des hôtels classiques qui n'ont pas à rougir car leurs prestations et top et professionnels

Pendant la canicule, j'ai eu une chambre sans volet avec des double rideaux qui ne fermaient pas et donc une température très élevée. L'éclairage était très faible. l'équipement de la cuisine est désuet Ce qui me sidère a été l'absence de remise en question et même d'attention aux difficultés.

Nous avons été très bien accueillit, ma demande de lit king size a été respecté. Chambre, salle d'eau et cuisine propre. Petit déjeuner bien garni avec tout ce qu’il faut ! Seul bémol, il n'y a pas de climatisation mais un ventilateur est à disposition. Le fait que les fenêtres donnent sur le parc permettent de dormir la fenêtre ouverte. Je recommande.

Une semaine parfaite dans un établissement très bien décoré. Chambre spacieuse très bien agencée avec cuisine équipée, literie excellente et terrasse donnant sur le parc thermal. Lieux calme et permettant l'accès à pied au centre ville. Parking à proximité mais pas sécurisé. Nous recommandons vraiment cet hôtel.
