Trip was great. Hotel located in a good area. Would however suggest for the hotel to be better equipped to counter the summer’s heat (e.g. stronger fans, lightbulbs that emits less heat).

酒店位置非常好，我們一早兩小時步行遊覽盧塞恩，陽台推窗就是教堂的尖頂。小小的，像是家庭旅店，鑰匙是留在前台桌子上的信封裏，沒有工作人員提供其它諮詢服務。房間沒有空調，半夜熱醒才發現有個台式風扇。總體來説性價比不高，沒睡好

Made reservations for this hotel several months ago. The morning of our arrival date I checked the website for parking instructions and lo and behold discovered that they are closed! Apparently the previous hotel operator went bankrupt. They did not inform me at all. Fortunately I was able to book reservations at a very nice hotel near by. New owners are renovating and plan to open June 1.

We were so excited to stay in Boutique Hotel Schlussel seit 1545 because it looked like just the right place for us. However, that's not what ended up happening. Hotel cancelled all reservations unexpectedly because they are unable to honour them. No explanation.

Wow, what a lovely stay. Absolutely beautiful hotel. I lucked out and arrived on the last two days of the Chris**as market which was right outside the front door of the hotel. Room was very clean, well organized, and stylish. Reception was very kind and helpful. The location was very easy to walk from the train station and very close to major attractions. Couldn’t have been better.

Very pleasant stay. Conveniently located. The woman ( owner?) staffing the front desk was quite helpful. Great location in pedestrian and bike friendly area. Close to all four bridges. Has an elevator.
