This was the second time I had stayed at the Grand Hotel des Terreaux. The hotel is in a central location in Lyon, and I like the style. The service was excellent, they speak English, and I loved the breakfast buffet. The room I stayed in was very nice but on the smaller side, typical for hotel rooms in France. The bed was very comfortable for me, and the room had air conditioning which is great as it can get quite warm in France. Wireless access was included, and fast and reliable. Overall an excellent hotel I can highly recommend.

Удобный по расположению и хороший френдли сервис. Отличный бассейн, не хватает немого сауны в бассейне.

Обслуживание понравилось. Отличный бар и вкусный завтрак. Зона релакса на первом этаже небольшая, но хорошо снимает усталость после прогулок по городу.

Bel hotel, bien placé. Mais j’ai eu une chambre avec les WC sur l’évier de la salle d’eau, difficile de s’y assoir… chambre 208.
Pour un 4 étoiles c’est tres limite !!!

Everything was perfect
The hotel is very nice
We did not try the breakfast
The pool is wonderful but could be warmer ( whirlpool)
The rooms are spacious and clean.
Ours would need refreshing soon
