Tolles Ambiente. Zuvorkommendes Personal. Schöne und saubere Zimmer. Wunderbarer Balkon. Terrasse für Gäste. Perfekte Lage in der Altstadt. Prima, um ganz Lyon zu Fuß zu erkunden.

What a shock. Hotel is definitely not up to the standard of a 4 star. I would describe it more like a bottom level hostel with private bathroom. The room was absolutely filthy.. dead bugs with blood smeared on the walls. The bathroom tile had splatter stains , the grout was filthy (not just old, just never cleaned), there was mold. We felt so uncomfortable that we laid down towels on the floor to walk. To top it all off the water was cold for all of our showers. We arrived later and have a small child so last minute change was not possible. We then had ********** contact the property to discuss the stay and the “manager” was just magically never available or around, multiple contacts.. never a response. What an absolute disappointment. Do yourselves a huge favour and don’t stay at this hotel.

This hotel is in a prime location. Easy walking distance to everything. If you are driving, don’t forget to book it in prior.

Simple accommodation with all basic needs in a great location for walking to old town as well as the city attractions.
Liked the college decor. Very helpful staff /receptionists.

Love this hotel ! Fantastic stylish reception area and a real sun trap terrace with bar. Rooms clean and cool decor. Staff so helpful. And LOVE the parking - cool lift to get to it !! Also a fantastic location. Just 5 minutes any way to bars and restaurants. LOVE it !
