트램타러 가기 편한 위치였고 거리가 깔끔했으나 지나야하는 다리 밑에 도로 양 옆으로 노숙하는 분들이 있어서 조금 무서웠습니다
2층 배정받았는데 반지하처럼 창문을 열면 잔디깔린 땅이 나와서 창문열기가 힘들었어요.. 그 외에 지내는데는 불편함이 없었습니다!

Pros:Massively large bathroom and well-stocked-modern.you can open 2 huge windows for circulation. Room is very spacious. Only a 3-minute walk to the tram.
Cons: There is no air-conditioning. Regional and freight trains are just 100+ feet away so it is noisy because you have to have windows open. Loud talking and laughing from other rooms because their windows are open.

NO AC (trying to sell its green) it is unlivable
Train is passing 10 m from your window
And they have freight trains in all night
Morning kinder-garden under your window
Crying children wake up (if you manage to sleep at all)

Firstly, we arrived to a dead bird and a partially eaten rat by the entrance to the grounds of the hotel. Lovely start.
Secondly, there are homeless people living about 50m from the hotel entrance. They were quiet in fairness, and kept to themselves, but clearly not the greatest area, being right next to the railway track.
Thirdly, we found the bins in our room to be filled with rubbish from the previous tenant, including smelly used nappies, and when we raised this with reception, they refused to empty them and gave us directions to the main bin to empty them ourselves.
Finally, and most importantly, there is a serious health and safety risk when putting down the sofa bed, which resulted in a nasty toe injury. I wanted to report this on departure, but there was nobody in reception at 10am. As we left, all the staff, including the receptionist, were outside smoking. We instead reported the issue via *******, but the manager has simply responded that no level of refund will be applicable.

The property’s location is very good ,the confluence shopping centre is 10 min away from the property .overall the hotel is within easy access to transports ,shops and leisure
