Adonis Lyon Dock Ouest

I booked the trip via trip.com and was told that a service dog was not considered a pet. I had no problem paying $11 EU a day for parking because it was centrally located and I thought we would be close to everything. Not the case, it is located far from everything that you want to see and do while you are in Lyon, the only good thing was they are close to the Brassier L'Ouest. I had no intention of paying $12 EU a day for a service animal that has travelled globally without issue. We found the manager rude and condescending when it came to the service animal and did not understand French Law imposed in 2005. She actually lied to us saying she had call the 3rd part vendor which was untrue. For a hotel that allows for pets there was no room cleaning if the pet was in the room. We when were out to expensive restaurants or shopping a couple of times little was done, during our 5 day stay the room was only cleaned once and sheets not changed and garbage not emptied. I cannot recommend this establishment due to management style and not understanding French law when it comes to those who require additional assistance and medical awareness and issues that a service animal provides. All I can say is SHAME that our service dog can fly business class around the world free of charge but not at your 3 star establishment.

A GOOD APARTHOTEL CLEAN WITH FRIENDLY STAFF.BREAKFAST WAS OK BUT NOTHING SPECIAL.VALUE FOR MONEY.THERE IS NO RECEPTION AFTER 20.00 TILL 07.00 NEXT DAY!!!!

J'ai passé une nuit reposante ds cette résidence hôtelière après une bonne journée de voyage et de travail. La literie est top, la chambre très propre et spacieuse avec les équipements nécessaires, bureau, wifi. La chambre dispose également d'un balcon. On peut en profiter qd il fait beau. Il y a des restaurants a proximité. La rue peut être bruyante avec les fenêtres ouvertes. Mais avec le double vitrage et la clim, ce désagrément se règle facilement.

Séjour un week-end à Lyon. L hôtel est récent, chambre vaste,agréable propre avec petit balcon. Rue calme.L 'emplacement est un peu éloigné de la ville, mais station de métro à 10 minutes à pieds. Possibilité de stationnement dans la rue devant l hôtel. Restaurants proches. Petit déjeuner basique mais correct. La réception est fermée de 12h à 15h, nous nous sommes trouvés devant un hôtel fermé en arrivant à 14 sur place...

Все отлично в отеле, хоть находится на окраине Лиона, но идти приятно от метро, все в зелени и цветах. Номер большой и просторный, душевая тоже большая, открытый балкон Единственное что было-это присутствие затхлого запаха, приходилось отковывать балкон проветривать

La dame d'accueil (la responsable je pense ), était très sympathique et compréhensible... la chambre est correcte et bien proportionné.

Voyageant en famille à 3, nous avons réservé la Suite Exécutive avec la terrasse, un lit double et un canapé-lit convertible. Notre arrivée vers 1h00 s’est bien passée, un appel à l’hôtel la veille nous a permis d’apprendre le protocole à suivre pour les arrivées tardives 👌🏼 La terrasse était parfaite pour le café clope du matin, moins le café mais j’y reviendrais plus tard. Petit (littéralement) déjeuner disponible en bas à côté de la réception, d’ailleurs les demoiselles de la réception étaient très aimables. Malheureusement, c’est là où les points positifs s’arrêtent ; ni draps ni housses n’étaient trouvables pour le canapé-lit, le matelas de ce dernier étant bien jaune j’ai préféré le retransformer en canapé et dormir de cette façon bien qu’il ai un renfoncement important au milieu. Pas de machine à café dans la Suite Exécutive, enfin si: il y a une nespresso dans le placard central de la kitchenette mais pas de capsule. Impossible de commander quoi que ce soit via l’application qu’ils proposent de scanner non plus, rien n’était disponible pour le jour J il faut donc prévoir le café du lendemain? La poignée de douche tient sur un support à moitié cassé mais ça marche donc 🤷🏽♂️ Ah et j’ai failli m’enfermer dans le sas en voulant ouvrir la porte à mon père, puisqu’il faut la carte pour avoir l’électricité, attention avec la carte magnétique.
