Lyon’s Boutique hotel with pleasant approachable English speaking staff. Helped me with directions. Very convenient walk to the city shopping district within 2 minutes. The bed is rather soft.

Friendly and helpful staff. Good location. Good breakfast. Renovations just about completed with some finishing still to do. Room was fine. Aircon efficient.

This hotel is in a great spot near lots of cafes and shops. It was being renovated which we were made aware of. Unfortunately my husband got ill and we did not see much of the sights. The staff were absolutely awesome helping me navigate the French medical system. They were helpful supportive and arranged everything to get a doctor for us. Thank you so much and hopefully we will be back to visit again.

Very nice hotel, just around the corner from the city center (Place Bellecour) and right beside the Hotel-Dieu - but at the same time, on a calm and quiet street (even on the night of the 14th july!). Very friendly and welcoming staff, who are happy to give you advice on where to go/eat. Rooms are decent size and v comfortable as well. Is also a decent price for the location, and for the fact that it's an independently-run hotel and not a big-chain hotel. Would definitely recommend.
