Hotel was brand new so everything was immaculate. Staff were super friendly. Will definitely be staying again.

The temperature on the third floor was uncomfortably hot and we had to sleep on top of the bed. The management are aware of the issue and advised that a solution is being sought. The staff at all levels appeared to be happy in their work and were friendly and pleasant. We ate in the restaurant area and our only criticism is that we would prefer an 80/20 split of areas to eat to be 80 without dogs not with as it is.

This is a pub-style establishment with rooms, a rather strange set up. Food service was slow at evening meal. Have to say we do not like the policy of allowing dogs in the dining area- we strongly disagree with this. Food quality was good, staff helpful. However the bedrooms were too hot and stuffy, and several guests complained about this. Bathroom clean and modern but very small. Be aware the car park is very small and usually full.

The hotel is situated right on the sea front with a small car park which is free. The rooms are quite small but modern - they have tea and coffee making facilities and a walk in shower. Breakfast was excellent - you order the cooked items from the bar - everything else is buffet style. There is a fresh orange machine which was delicious. We had dinner both nights and there was a good choice on the menu and the food was very good it is only a short walk to the shops , bars and restaurants.

We had a recent lunchtime visit here and were very happy with everything. Nice range of drinks, friendly, motivated staff and a delicious Beef Dripping Chip Butty each all gave us the best impression. We visit the Fylde Coast regularly and now have a stay at The Offshore on our list of things to do soon.

The setting is ideal , looking out over the sea. The service is very efficient and polite with friendly staff. The food is varied and prepared to a high standard. The rooms and particularly the beds are comfortable. Nothing to complain about.

Our room had a sea view and superking size bed. The view was fabulous and the bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in ( including my own superking). Breakfast offering is excellent served within a relaxed setting. We stayed for 2 nights and the evening meals on both nights were good. Staff are attentive, friendly and helpful; they really seem to enjoy working there. It was a very hot weekend (lucky us) and the room did get far too warm; however they are waiting on fans being delivered which will help. I would certainly recommend.

Decided to have a night away for a bit of seaside air. Didn’t want the grubbiness of Blackpool and thought a first ever trip to Lytham was the order of the day. More than happy with this hotel - well run and friendly, engaging and knowledgeable staff make the place more than just a hotel. This was a last minute night away and we’re already planning on a full weekend for later in the year.
