Staff were really friendly and the room was fab, couldn’t believe how big it was! It was also absolutely spotless. I used the pool, sauna and steam room which were a treat. the showers in the pool could be doing with a wee bit of TLC but on the whole we had a fab stay and will be back. Great value for money too.

Terrific bedroom. Didn’t have dinner this time but great choice for breakfast. Excellent facilities, pool terrific. Very friendly, helpful staff.

The children's entertainment was good, although there was a terrible smell in the ballroom. The tv in the room wasn't working and there was a damp smell in the hallway. The lift was terrible! Constantly waiting around for it.

Room was spacious and modern. Hotel very stylish and staff really helpful and friendly. A very memorable stay and we will return.

Lovely hotel, great staff - very helpful. One suggestion for our room (no.3), it had a separate toilet and bathroom, but no hand basin in the toilet, so if you had used the toilet and wanted to wash your hands, and the bathroom was in use, it’s not great hygiene wise!

Hotel is in touch of a little TLC, room was comfortable if dated. Public areas could have been cleaner. Service upon arrival was good

Visited for a 2 night stay for my mother's 90th birthday. Stayed in room 208 which looked in a sorry condition. Carpet frayed, paintwork scuffed. Top window loose, wouldn’t stay open.
Hotel bar policy of no children after 9pm wasn't in force on the Saturday night
