We have stayed here several times and never disappointed. As the advertisement says ENTER AS STRANGERS AND LEAVE AS FRIENDS. This time we stayed in a family room as we were returning from Yorkshire to Scotland and decided if their was a room available we would stop over. Kate & Keith are delightful hosts who make you feel special, the rooms are immaculate with everything on hand for your stay and the breakfast - well what can I say there's such a choice and cooked by Kate to perfection. Make sure you visit and experience a beautifully furnished Bed & Breakfast. PS you will also enjoy a glass of sherry in the evening.

Just returned from a stay at the The Gaydon which is a lovely B & B and Keith and Kate are wonderful hosts. The rooms are fully equipped with everything you need for your stay. The wonderful breakfasts are very plentyful and well cooked, they really set you up for a day exploring St Anne's and the wider area. The hotel is a short walk to the seafront and a stroll along the promenade into St Anne's. This was our 9th visit and we hope to make it a round 10 next year

Just returned from another fantastic anniversary break at the Gaydon. We arrived to a warm welcome and a nice upgrade to the lovely room 2, due to a recent cancellation. As has always been the case, the room and the rest of the property were very well presented and maintained. Breakfast is extra special, Keith and Kate are great cooks and will cater for dietary needs if at all possible. I am allergic to wheat but am able to have a great breakfast. We are always sad to leave the Gaydon, but, there's always next time.

The Gaydon is a lovely little B+B in Lytham St Anne’s.Keith and Kate are wonderful hosts of whom nothing is too much trouble.We have been coming to the Gaydon with our daughter and granddaughter for a number of years now,and when in the area we would choose nowhere else.The rooms are spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated with lots of interesting furnishings. Breakfast is excellent with lots of choice and sets you up for a day at the beach.We would like to thank Keith and Kate again for making our stay so comfortable.

Fantastic little B&B. The hosts are great and very accommodating. The room was lovely and clean and great to have a sea view. Information folder full of useful information of things to do and where to eat. The breakfast was very good and good selection. Will definitely stay again.

Repeat visit, won't be the last, arrived to be met like friends,room was roomy and spotless,the breakfast was superb, Keith and Kath are brilliant hosts, will definitely recommend a visit,sherry at night lovely touch, Keith's recommendations for restaurants both in St Annes and Lytham were also spot on

Very welcoming hosts. Keith is great and have lots of good tips re things to do, places to eat etc. Room nice and big and bed very comfortable. Everything we needed. Maybe a small fridge would have been nice. Breakfast was excellent too and always greeted with a friendly smile.

Fantastic B&B, lovely hosts who can't do enough for you, lovely clean room with en-suite bathroom and enormous bed, delicious breakfast too 😊 very close to the beach and pier, 15 minutes walk to town centre shops and pubs, would definitely stay here again

Excellent independent B&B close to St Annes - Kath and Keith looked after us really well - personal service, cosy rooms, freshly prepared breakfasts and complimentary glass of sherry as a nightcap every evening Can't wait for our next visit
