We stayed 10 days in Golden Eagle in June 2023. The location of this hotel is great. The service is awesome. The front desk reception Michelle and others are friendly and professional. I ran into the general manager in the lobby one day asking where to buy 风油精, she worked with her staff to get me one in a few mins. The breakfast is good with many choices. The gym is fine and my boy likes it. Unfortunately the swimming pool was under repair so he didn’t get a chance to use it. We will surely recommend this hotel to my friends.

The stuff is really awesome! They've been friendly and provided a great service. Thomas has been of great help, he made the communication much more easier. The room was welcoming with adequate and comfortable amenities.

No issue at all with the room.
Unfortunately we had an horrible experience with the hotel manager.
He lost his temper with our family and start to scream us.
I shocked seen an hotel manager, doing soo bad in such a situation. He needs a better training from the company to take this role.
I wont book any family lunch there again. Ones is more than enough.

It’s perfect and the best hotel in Maanshan. The staff is extremely friendly and ready to solve any issues you encounter. Especially manager Thomas Gao is absolutely amazing person, I had a little miscommunication but Thomas was there to solve the situation in a second. I would highly recommend anyone to book this hotel, prices are very affordable and you get the best service

整體非常不錯，服務很熱情，主動。房間設施設備全，使用方便。
房間視野挺好的，因為2間房間一起住，及時安排在隔壁，方便了我們。感謝為客户着想的精神。
就餐環境很好，服務超級棒，菜品也很好吃。孩子們很喜歡。

這個酒店位置非常好，樓下就是金鷹，可以買到小馬最好喝的卡旺卡奶茶，酒店就可以看到雨山湖公園，晚上出來遛個彎很不錯，再説説早餐，服務人員非常好，推薦我一定要吃他們當地的大肉麪，撒湯也很好吃，居然還有煎餅，但是奈何我衹有一個胃😅下次來一定還住尚美！

酒店從商場背後的門進，房間比較高，無敵城景，緊鄰雨山湖公園可以晨跑🏃遠眺是馬鋼和長江。
整體服務熱情有温度，從前台小姐姐、客房阿姨到廚師小哥，既勤快有效率又禮貌規範，感覺挺好。
早餐是驚喜，中式餐枱雖然在裏面不顯眼，勝在品種豐富，喝到了小眾的徐州Sha湯，還有現煮的潮汕海鮮粥、現做的天津煎餅果子；西式火腿片和奶酪搭配有蘇打餅乾，補鈣和蛋白質同時考慮到酸鹼平衡還挺難得。
