Not what we expected. It was disappointing in terms of the room and the service. Not recommended. The view is very nice but the place itself was very simple like a young guest house. If you’re looking for something nice for people that are over 40s - this is not the place for you.

Amazing atmosphere. If you want to get away from the rush of the big cities, you must come here. Peaceful place in the middle of the mountains of Jerusalem. I stayed one night in a room with an exit to a beautiful garden. We still can hear birds singing!!! Wonderfull Staff. Highly recommended.

They were very kind when I needed to postpone my stay last minute due to health issues and helped me reschedule. The staff is very kind. But the place itself feels unprepared for guests. The air con in our room didn’t work so they offered 2 ventilators, it was during a heat wave so of course we asked for a room with working air con. They upgraded us however at night we discovered that the air con is super noisy - sounded like a broken car. We barely slept. At 07:00 am we heard loud banging noises - apparently the rooms on the first floor were under construction! None of the guests were told that this disturbance is planned to happen! The place itself doesn’t feel clean, the pool of the kibbutz is filthy and very old. We were truly disappointed.

We usually love Selina and visit many of their locations. This location is not recommended at all. In our first visit here, the service was bad, and ruined the great mood we came with. Still - the area is beautiful so we decided to give a second chance. This time was even worse. Over 4 hours of waiting to get the room (we waited until 7:20 pm in the small lobby, and partially in the freezing balcony). The team used the weather as an excuse, even though the roads were clear and fine. At 7:20pm they approached and charged us for a full night stay and didn't offer any way to make things up. Selina, take responsibilty for cases like this. Not recommended
