Niektóre jednak mogą jeszcze poprawić doświadczenie: - Byłoby miło mieć telefon w pokoju, aby można było łatwo dotrzeć do recepcji. - Walizki łazienki zasługują na większe, aby być bardziej zgodne z pozycjami hotelu. - Wreszcie, śniadanie zaoferowane w wysokości 38 euro za osobę wydawało się nieco ograniczone do wymaganej ceny. Można by się albo wzbogacić, aby dopasować poziom cen pokazany więcej, albo zaoferować w bardziej spójnej stawce od 20 do 25 euro. Pomimo tych konstruktywnych uwag, zachowamy bardzo dobrą pamięć o naszym pobycie i szczerze dziękujemy całej drużynie za jej dobroć i profesjonalizm."

"We checked in on August 8th. Overall, the staff were quite friendly, except for the lady at the front desk during check-in. At first, we were asked to pay €199, even though we were certain that everything had already been paid in advance except for the city tax. While I was double-checking the booking details with my dad—who doesn’t speak English, so I had to translate for him—the receptionist became noticeably impatient. She firmly insisted there was no mistake and repeatedly emphasized that every hotel in this country charges a city tax, which made us feel as if we were being treated like ignorant guests unwilling to pay. When it later turned out that the error was on her side, she did not offer any apology. This left us feeling quite uncomfortable."

"A cozy and very hospitable hotel. The employees are all very friendly and service-oriented. The rooms are clean and attractively decorated. There is a Nespresso machine with a number of cups in the room to wake up with a delicious coffee. Breakfast is very well prepared and can also be taken away. A perfect hotel. Unfortunately I didn't eat there in the evening, but I will definitely do that next time. The menu looks super good."

"We had an amazing 4 night stay here. The room was lovely, funky and very spacious as was the bathroom. Nice linens and towels and everything well thought out. I love the fact that the hotel mostly comprises of recycled stuff but you would never know it. It's a quality little place in a great location, close to supermarkets and restaurants and shopping. They have a little breakfast area downstairs where you can purchase the basics like milk and yoghurt and teas and coffees, using an honour system. It's a great concept. I would happily come back here and would recommend to family and friends. The owners, a husband and wife were very friendly and helpful and organized a cab on our departure day."
