Located on top of Galaxy Arena and exhibition centre. Long queue for elevators back to hotel room after the concert. No direct shuttle from Cotai Pier, got to change at Galaxy Crystal lobby, 12-20min headway.

Disappointed that I did not get what I booked. I booked a King Bedroom, High Floor with City View. On arrival I got a low floor with construction view (see photos). I have to say this seem to be the problem with not booking rooms with the hotel direct. Going through Trip.com they seem to give preference to customers who book with the hotel direct rather than through agent. Next time I think better to book hotel rooms direct rather than through Trip.com.

The bath tub is big enough , and bath mixer fills the water very quick ! Would be nice if they have bath salt!
