Broadway Macau

Happiest experienced in Macau. Thank you for FO Tony and HM BK, also special thanks to Thomas, Adam and kelly you made our stay the best, highly recommended hotel in Macau! We enjoyed the free access at grand resort deck, staying in broadway is very worth it and I will definitely come back.

Check in staff is polite and efficient. I did not use much of the facilities but overall room is clean and comfortable. Access to Broadway theater is close.

The hotel's location is decent, requiring a walk or shuttle bus to nearby attractions like Galaxy ******, and a taxi or walk to most other places. However, Galaxy shuttle buses are available for trips to Old Town, the ferry terminal, and the airport. The room was clean and pleasant. We enjoyed two nights, the second of which included a complimentary upgrade to a suite, which enhanced our stay (my pictures are for this upgraded room). We didn't partake in breakfast, so no comment there. However, the booking promised three free inclusions: refreshments in the VIP room, a minibar, and access to the pool deck. Unfortunately, these offerings fell short of expectations. The VIP room was disappointingly small and offered only basic beverages and snacks that ran out quickly. The minibar only contained unhealthy soft drinks. Additionally, access to the pool deck required swimming attire, a requirement not clearly communicated during booking. Overall, these discrepancies felt misleading and left a negative impression.

We were greeted warmly by the wonderful front desk, and everyone smiled. The entire crew was eager and helpful. The rooms are roomy, and the bathroom is excellent but looks dated, with a bathtub and a standing shower. Nearby attractions include a Broadway theater, a ******, a large mall, Food Street, and bars. We booked a room with access to Macau's largest water theme park, but we weren't sure if we needed to pack wet attire. There is a bridge connecting Broadway to the Galaxy Resort and Shopping Mall. It is easy to access. The view is wonderful. This hotel is part of the Galaxy Hotels group. We took the wrong free shuttle service because there was no information on which bus goes to the Broadway Hotel, and we ended up paying for a taxi instead. The hotel provides free refreshments throughout the day, which you can grab from floor 2. The room also provided 3 cans of complimentary soft drinks This was a pleasant gesture. If we return to Macau, I will stay here again.

This Broadway hotel macau is very good in terms of pricing and service. We will be back for staying in the future absolutely.

Honesty the hotel space and comfort surprises me for my first trip to Macau. Apparently once you reach the Macau area there’s free shuttle bus to Galaxy and you can either walk over to Broadway or wait for another shuttle bus to Broadway. Location and travelling was super convenient and I enjoyed my stay. Wanted to book a taxi and the bellboy helped me too super thankful for him! English / mandarin both is ok here :) Picture is same as per what you book. Forgot to take pictures. There is as bathtub too.

We were absolutely shocked to discover an unexpected partially dried “fences-like” substance on the bathroom floor upon arrival at our room. The staff only offered to wipe it off — which they did — however, we were disappointed that no apologies were given. We would have expected a more professional way in addressing such incidents from a stared hotel.

Good clean hotel. Good service. Free shuttle bus from ferry terminal to Galaxy Crystal lobby, walk abit more to the link bridge connected to Broadway Hotel. Though I booked smoking room for only 2 nights. Was upgraded to bigger room ... but view was blocked 🙂. 2 washrooms with WC .. only 1 washroom with tub n shower point. 2 TVs .. mini fridge .. all smoking room located at level 3. Broadway food street & convenience store just below hotel. Will stay again next time. Thank you.
