Sofitel Macau at Ponte 16

Wybrałem ten hotel po raz pierwszy, kiedy odwiedziłem Makau w zeszłym roku i wywarłem dobre pierwsze wrażenie, więc nadal wybrałem ten hotel, kiedy odwiedziłem Makau w tym roku. Nadal jest dobry. Jestem bardzo wdzięczny Sherry i Alinie za zapewnienie ich, kiedy się zameldowałem. Rozważna obsługa i starałem się jak najlepiej pomóc mi wybrać wygodny pokój dwuosobowy z widokiem na morze. Chociaż jest to bardzo tanie w połączeniu z zajęciami w Makau, obsługa jest nadal super. Polecę ten hotel moim przyjaciół, kiedy wrócę, ponieważ jest tam wygodnie mieszkać, aw pobliżu jest wiele miejsc z jedzeniem, które są łatwe do znalezienia!

Location is good with lots of food choices around. Room is big and clean but pillows are too soft. Better to have pillows choices for travelers.

The hotel is in a very good location, rooms are bit old but its manageable. Hotel staffs are help full. Overall its a nice hotel. There are alot of nice restaurants near by the hotel.

Well located near the old town of Macau. Walking distance from most places. Great pool, not heated, great steam room and sauna. Good river view. Room very comfortable and large. Design is a bit aging, need some refreshing. Bit expensive for what it was, no breakfast. Full of families and kids everywhere, noisy common parts during the Chinese holidays. Nice staff, very helpful.

It was amazing experience to celebrate my Birthday in the Sofitel Macau, the staff kindly provided me a birthday cake 🎂. Really appreciated that.

Fabulous from start to finish. It was not my first stay at the Sofitel Hotel in Macau, and it will not be the last. I missed the art, pulse and liveliness of Macau, and the Sofitel is perfectly located for an incredible stay. Sofitel has charm. It’s a gorgeous place to stay with the warmest of welcomes. The friendly team made a huge effort to share the best in service and create a remarkable experience, and they did. Experiencing the warm welcome, the surprising birthday platter and the genuine kindness shared. I can not thank the team enough. When asked about off-the-beaten-track places, the front desk team did their best to offer advice and local insights. Sofitals reception team shared helpful suggestions on bus routines, times to visit areas and sights to see along the way. These suggestions made a difference. The room standard was amazing. The hotel doesn’t let anything slip, they updated and revamped beautifully. The river view room was bright, with a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. The amenities are five-star standard, and the cheerful housekeeping team were kind and friendly. I would like to extend a huge thank you to the team who was a pleasure to chat with and get to know. There are many shout-outs for this stay. The kind and thoughtful little things such as the handwritten card and handy guidebook. The friendly faces were a pleasure to meet, and the inspiring reception team who gave good local advice to the minibus team who collected customers with care and perfect timekeeping. Sofitel Macau has so many floors and layers, from the glitzy chandeliers and pool with a fresh night view ( my advice: you must check out the 6-floor evening view) to the clean and relaxed gym ( hosting quality equipment) Thank you, Vinny, Jessica, Jade, Kate, Joy, Lee Mark, and Angel. I hope the weekend brings you a lovely moment in your diverse neighbourhood.

The location is superb in front of public bus stops and the amenities are great. However, i wish they could provide fluffier pillows as the existing pillows are too flat and soft hence, unable to provide support to my stiff necks despite stacking them up. Love the mini drinking water dispenser and the facilities at the gym are top notch. The staffs are friendly and helpful too. It would be perfect if there was an airport transfer to/from hotel as it was a hassle to flag for taxis around the area

Good value at Macau side. Decor is a little dated and the entire property is maintain well. I would stay here again.

Very good accomodation experience here! City view is much more proficient than the river facing view. Very polite staff + touching software + good sleeping environment, make me live here for over 10 times since her grand opening, Keep on and I expect to visit the hotel again...., 😃
