Free upgraded to suite don’t know why, the breakfast included in the package was not as good as other top tire hotel in the neighbourhood, the experience was otherwise as good as ever and money well spent for the stay with Wynn Palace.

Very disappointed for the price
Very bad service at the front desk ( I suggest to put a robot it will be the same effect they the lady who welcome us)
Nice room but no coffee machine for a suite room it is really abnormal and the mini bar is really expensive ..
honestly avoid this hotel for the same price and even cheaper you have much better hotels class and service .

I had a very big event at the Wynn Grand Theatre and it was the grandest, most glamorous and most memorable one to date! All thanks to the wonderful staff, MICE services, F&B and the outstanding chefs! Kudos to Wynn Palace! Cheers to more events from me in the future! Blessed be!🙏🎉
