Kathy, was nice upon check in, made some advise on dos and donts when touring and made some suggestions, also Ruo were able to help us communicate with the Chinese receptionist. .although there were some language barrier with other receptionist the room was awesome. Wish we could extend but need to go back home..will definitely recommend this place. Pictures on the site is true to itself..the hotel was very close to restaurants,convenience store and just a walking distance from attractions..room 709 ...

This hotel easy to reach from MTR fortreshill and Bus Stop also easy to find food without breakfast but you will get free flow coffe and bread. For cleanes is nice hotel

Location is rather good and near to shops, bus stops and walking distance to Macau's places of interest. Got upgraded to a bigger room on level 12 with kitchenette but aircon is not strong enough to fill the room. Bear with the bed as it's quite hard. Room is hot in the day as window is facing sun. Simple hotel with basic amenities. Can't say or expect much for short stay.

It was a great experience staying in this hotel, I will be recommending it to my friends who will visit Macau soon. The room is clean and tidy, with complete amenities which I like the most. The front desk officers are very nice as well as approachable.

We check in around 2 pm and were upgraded to a suite for us with a beautiful view. We are very happy with this special arrangement. Very nice stay, friendly and accommodating hotel staff. Good location.

love the view from hotel room. Spacious, clean and nice. Walking distance to a hotel which offer free shuttle bus from the hong kong - zhuhai - macao bridge

Good near to supermarket restaurant . A minute for walk to the bus station access to all and going to airport . Recommended to stay and friendly staff
