The room was amazing, nicely decorated, confortable and very quiet. The hotel is close to the metro station as well as several bus stops that take you anywhere, whether on the Peninsula, in Taipa, Coloane or Cotai. The room is cleaned every day, and the supplies are replenished. The staff is very kind and helpful.

Great hotel with very large and comfortable room. The room was very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was very nice, with a lot of choice. The location is convenient with bus just downstairs the hotel. I recommend this hotel for a stay in Macau.

Location was the highlight of the hotel - near to a supermarket, about 10-min walk to a delicious halal restaurant (Indian Garden restaurant), about 15-min walk to Taipa village. Amenities were okay enough but there was limited time (two hours) to use the iron & ironing board. The iron was not working properly so it took a long time to iron just one piece of headscarf. Service wise - the front desk guy who accommodated us during check-in was quite good in English, so he answered our inquiries well enough. However when we were checking out, we wanted to leave our luggage and asked on how we can get a taxi to the high speed train station but the front desk lady only said “you ask there (pointing at where we should be leaving our luggage)” when we asked at the luggage counter the guy said “you ask there the reception”. So we just decided to look for our own taxi - we were lucky enough a taxi driver was kind enough to wait for us at the designated time. Overall, it was an okay experience staying at the hotel.

I recently stayed at the Grand View Hotel in Macau and wanted to share my experience. It's a solid choice for travelers seeking convenience and cleanliness. The location is a major highlight. Getting there from the airport was a breeze, taking less than 15 minutes by taxi. For exploring, the nearby LRT station made accessing The Venetian and other parts of the city incredibly easy. Plus, having a supermarket right behind the hotel was super convenient for grabbing snacks and essentials. The room itself was great—very clean and tidy, providing a comfortable space to relax after a day of exploring. Overall, the Grand View Hotel offers a fantastic blend of convenience and comfort, making it a place I'd recommend

Lokalizacja hotelu bardzo blisko lotniska, w odległości spaceru, wystarczy przejść przez ulicę naprzeciwko. Pokój jest czysty i przestronny, komfort pobytu. Zasugeruj kierownictwu, że prześcieradło należy zmieniać codziennie, aby pozostało świeże i czyste. W przeciwnym razie będzie miał jeden rodzaj zapachu. Zameldowanie następuje o godzinie 14:30. Wcześniejsze zameldowanie nie jest zabronione. Obiekt zapewnia wyłącznie przechowalnię bagażu. Goście proszeni są o okazanie dowodu rezerwacji pokoju w celu potwierdzenia pobytu. Zapewnią bezpieczeństwo bagażu w przechowalni. Restauracja w hotelowej jadalni, bez obaw o jedzenie. Wanna, ręcznik, suszarka do włosów - wszystko w cenie. Bezpłatna woda z butelki do picia, tylko herbata. Telewizor, kapcie hotelowe, czajnik na wyposażeniu. Gorąco polecam dla osób podróżujących wcześnie.

We had a great stay at House of Art Macau. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, and the location was excellent. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, as well as a 7-Eleven just a short walk away, which was very convenient. The hotel is also close to the airport, and transportation was easy; there are buses that run directly between the airport and the hotel, making arrival and departure easy. The amenities provided were nice and full-sized, which I really appreciated, and the surrounding area felt very safe throughout the stay. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Macau and I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel znajduje się rzut kamieniem od międzynarodowego lotniska w Makau. Zaledwie 5 minut spacerem po drugiej stronie ulicy. Recepcja i stanowisko odpraw na 11. piętrze. Wspaniały widok na pas startowy lotniska z mojego pokoju. Bardzo dobre dla pasażerów tranzytowych i gości wcześnie odlatujących.

This hotel is right in front of several bus stations which can take you wherever you need in Macau. It also has convenience stores nearby, such as 7-eleven. There is a really good Muslim restaurant with great food right next to it, Zam Zam. I highly recommend it. Sadly the swimming pool is seasonal, so it was not working at the time we were there, but it must be really cool in summer. The door cards employ an old system so be careful not to place it next to your smart phone or it will lose its configuration. Smoking is strictly forbidden, so you'll have to go outside the hotel to do it. Anyways, it's a standard hotel with all the basics you need. Nothing fancy though.

The room itself was good - large, comfy bed and good shower. Location is great for Taipa and if you don’t mind walking for 15 mins it’s fine for the LRT and casino strip. Plenty of buses nearby. Many shops and restaurants. A few things to improve: the doors really would benefit from quiet closing mechanisms as they slam hard. I kept finding long hairs in the bathroom (probably the cleaner). But worst was at preliminary check in the guy was coughing constantly, all over everything and of course touching everything. I was reluctant to take my passport back!!! Later in the day I saw he did have a mask. I suspect a supervisor coming on shift told him to. A bit of training/reminders for staff would be good. Anyway, I would stay here again. By the way, it is also near a lift up to the Taipa National Park which is perfect for some morning exercise.

Hotel jest świetny i ma dobrą lokalizację, stare miasto w Taipa. Znalezienie rzeczy do jedzenia i kupienia jest więc bardzo łatwe. Ponadto wygodny jest dostęp do pociągu / autobusu, aby zwiedzać okolicę.
