Travesseiros fedorentos, a ponto de nao ter como dormir (todos os 6 do quarto); hotel pequeno pro tanto de hospedes, fica tudo absurdamente muvucado (recepcao, restaurante, etc); ainda ha vendedores (golpistas) dentro do hotel vendendo terreno na lua; piscina minuscula; avaliacao indevida no tripadvisor (esta como bom, quando nao é); cafe da manha fraco, trenharada ruim, nada feito na hora, cafe ruim, camas afundadas, foi um prazer ir embora

Hotel bem localizado, bastante confortável. Café da manhã precisa melhorar a tapioca mista. E a recepção funcionaria bastante estressada.

The Hotel seems to have a large number of rooms which is not compatible for the only 3 (yes, three) slow elevators. It should be noted that 1 elevator appeared to be broken, so only 2 functioning). When I was there, the Hotel seemed to be fully-booked, which made me take the stairs up and down from the 5th floor as the elevator line was huge to be waited. Moreover, the breakfast was a nigh**are for both guests and Im sure for the staff as well. Food was missing on the buffet because of the capacity, a waiting line outside the restaurant because of lack of tables, at some point no coffee cups and plates. Last: the pool. It is such a small pool for a booked hotel that if everyone decided to swim at the same time, clearly that wouldn’t be possible to happen because it wouldn’t fit.

O quarto estava com cheiro de mofo. O banheiro com cheiro de esgoto, sujo de lodo e de cabelo feminino. O ar condicionado não tinha controle e não mudava a temperatura.
O hotel não tem lugar para esquentar comida. O restaurante é decepcionante e possui péssimo atendimento.
Pedi um cobertor extra e não recebi. Claramente um dos piores hotéis que já fiquei na vida.

Hotel Bom mas nao gostei muito limpeza localização atendimento tudo bom, mas pisina muito pequena para tamanho do hotel, cafe da manha bom mas muito repetindo, a ceia de Natal foi perfeita porem no Hotel nao tinha decoracao Natalina tipo Árvores de Natal na recepcao luzes estando dentro dele nem parecia que era Natal isso me decpcionou pq Amo o Natal inclusive em Maceio que é Lindo.

Localizacao nao é boa sem carro, hotel é ok, academia pequena, quartos com camas e limpeza boa, o que decepcionou foi a alimentação, café da manha muito ruim, e jantar da meia pensão nao vale a pena
..melhor pedir ate mesmo uma pizza...Não voltaria...uma pena.

Hotel excelente, café da manhã bom, só a tapioca poderia ser feita na hora. Excelente atendimento dos garçons e garçonetes. Limpeza impecável. Voltaria com certeza.
