Então a qualidade do estabelecimento como a atenção de todos os colaboradores muito bom café da manhã excelente recepção e todos os colaboradores muito atencioso estão de parabéns .
Única coisa que faço uma é sabemos que o desenvolvimento não para e a aceitação para carro elétrico está crescendo cada dia que passa seria bom os coordenadores do hotel pensa em fazer está melhoria colocando pontos para carga nos carros na garagem é simples uma tomada de 10 ou 20A.
Maus mesmo assim o pessoal conseguiu um ponto para carga do meu carro obrigado a todos.

It seems that many hotels in the Ponta Verde area have "Ponte Verde" in their name, which caused a little minor confusion with my travel consultant and the tour companies. But it all got sorted out easily. Cheap advice to travellers: make sure you have the ADDRESS of your hotel. It may save you some inconvenience. The location of the hotel is very convenient. Not far from the beach, on an interesting street. My room was on the 7th floor (very handy to the swimming pool). It was very comfortable. Great bed, good shower, and usable desk. The breakfast was very good, and I had dinner in the restaurant, which was also very good. The staff were all very helpful (and patient to use Google Translate if necessary). The only downside was the internet speed. It always worked, but sometimes the connection was so weak that nothing would download. Had to take my laptop to the lobby a couple of times. Otherwise, would have given it 5 stars. I would still recommend it to anyone.

Hotel tropicalis palms oferece uma estádia tranquila, hotel é organizado, limpo, atendimento excelente, localização ótima, bairro tranquilo, praia calma e quente, adorei a experiência e pretendo voltar em breve!!

The service has been excelent, the staff has been super great and super mindful of our well being. And Ana has veen super great to us and a really good experience we've had mostly thanks to her. My girlfriend felt sick because of the heat and we've been nothing but completely well taken care by the staff. Mosty Ana

ESTADIA EXCEPCIONAL. Tudo são 10, localizado próximo da praia e tem tudo ao arredores, apartamento espaçoso um grande guarda-roupa/armário, atendimento vip, café da manhã diversificado. Eu e minha família gostamos muito. No banheiro tem um chuveiro que mais parece uma ducha, porque é de alta pressão.

O hotel tem uma equipe de recepcionistas atenciosos e gentis. Pedi travesseiro extra e um cobertor, fui atendida prontamente. Atende as solicitações com agilidade. Maaasss a equipe do Restaurante nos surpreendeu, em especial Leandro e Wilma são MARAVILHOSOS. Vontade de levar para casa ❣️

O atendimento ótimo sem exceção, Ana que faz parte da equipe do café uma Ma-ra-vi-lho-sa. Funcionários devem ser sempre valorizados e cuidados ❤️ Quarto bem limpo, piscina uma delícia, os drinks servido lá são perfeitos. O hotel conta com restaurante com diversas opções pra vc escolher, não deixem de pedir a tapioca de forno
