The Lady at the front desk was very polite and efficient. The property was an older motel type but very clean and great for the price. Will definitely stay again.

Room 419 is around the corner and no light to see the lock. Very dangerous. The room was double booked and the next room they gave me the windows were cracked open and stuck open

no amenities or supplies in the room. No towels, toilet paper no amenities. Front office closed at 10:00. Had to go to next hotel for suppies. The balcony facing the lake was dirty with cobwebs everywhere.

Outdated, electric outlets not available, power ***** plugged into outlet for lamp, mini frig, spider webs, not cleaned in corners with dirt still evident & rusted electric heater in bathroom. The water faucet leaked & water did not come out properly. Shower faucet also was loose & outdated not spraying water for full coverage. Felt like a outdoor camp ground.

This is NOT somewhere i will stay again...EVER! We didnt want to have to get up at 2 am and drive to walk bridge. And this was only pet friendly place available when i booked (I booked late!) Terrible dive pool water was dirty and colder than lake Huron, hot tub was a little warmer like bath water, but only 1 jet worked!

It was decent. Front desk staff was really nice and helpful. The room could have been cleaner. Outdated which is fine but doesn't seem well cared for. The beach access was a perk. Discounted Ferry tickets were helpful.

The carpet was missing a huge chunk by the door; the curtains were barely hanging (not enough hooks) and you could see holes down the creases. The mattresses were old and broken down. The ice machine was dead and very dry. There was obvious signs of construction everywhere, with leftover aluminum and conduit and a sawhorse in front of our door.

Very welcoming and personable staff, who gave out great information about the city and island. The beach was right outside the room, with chairs, fire pits, and a swing set. The pool was easy to walk to right outside the room as well. Very family friendly with great views! Would go back and stay here again!

Smelled musty. No screen on back window. Screen on front window bent letting bugs in. Front window didn’t lock, so I didn’t feel secure at night, or leaving anything I valued in the room. On our second night there the hot tub was cold. I was told it was because they just filled it. It would take about five hours to heat up again. They said if I couldn’t wait(till about 1am), I could go down the road to another hotel owned by same people and use hot tub there.
