The hotel is excellent with nice views. It is quite clean. Very satisfied with the service and facilities!

This hotel has very convenient location, beautiful beach view, cozy lobby, room was clean and spacious. Guest check up was easy, but had delay over an hour, because it was not ready for our stay. Host was polite, but not to friendly unfortunately.

this was very centrally located. Nice view of beach and Mackinaw Island. The fireworks on Saturday night were a nice surprise.

Great location for walking/biking to the ferries and the main downtown area of the city. Room could use a little maintenance but nothing major, new coat of paint, fix some of the trim. Overall great price for the location and convenience to both the beach and city destinations.

Beautiful views. Advertised as 2 bedroom, actually separate areas. Rooms large. No breakfast. Beach access. Not crowded. Easy check in. Noise was a factor. Daughter reported kids running in halls at 2 am. We heard people exiting to beach as we were right next to that exit. Heard people walking late a night above us and someone playing music loud at 3 am. Overall was clean. Close to downtown area, shopping and walking.

It was a great stay. It was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The price was excellent. Will definitely stay there again.

The view was beautiful don’t get me wrong but the bug problems they have they really need to address. You cannot step out into the balcony without getting attacked by mosquitoes/spiders etc. There needs to be a bug zapper or something out on every porch so people can enjoy the view properly without being eaten alive.
Also I asked them twice to change my bed sheets and they never did they just made the bed that was it. My daughter had an accident so the last night we spent there we slept on towels because the sheets were still covered in pee.
