Stayed here after an event at a local venue. Great space in the room for getting dressed, a cocktail before (chilled in the fridge), a nightcap after.

This hotel is on a main thoroughfare that has all the stores you need for convenience i.e dollar store, grocery, malls, home improvement, etc. Next time I am in the Detroit area, I will be staying at the Candlewood. Clean rooms and facility in a convenient area.

I don’t know she was but I was in the pool with my babies and I was untangling the cord on the life raft an a associate came in an told me that they got Emergency only like I didn’t know that and she ask for them back to hang it back up I’m an adult I could have really really rude but I just looked at her like she didn’t really ask me to give it to her like I wasn’t even an adult that’s really rude

Staff was very friendly and helpful, overall hotel and rooms were very clean and nice. It also was quiet, perfect for a relaxing weekend. I did not want to leave. I will definitely stay again.
