Outside and lobby were nice. Rooms and hallways were very tired, carpeting looked old and dirty.
Staff were friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed our quick overnight stay at this clean, friendly hotel. Everything was as expected. The staff was exceptionally friendly - especially the breakfast attendant! The bed & pillows were soft. The shower had goo pressure and drained well. Everything was updated and worked well.

I needed a handicap room and was surprised by the price. It was double any other room. We had to pay for a regular room. But when checking in my husband complained about the price difference and the unfairness of it and they gave us the handicap room for little more money then a regular room. When I took a shower, the water in the walk in shower was on the floor which could have been a disaster for me. The drain seemed to somewhat plugged. I have never had this problem with any other LaQuinta Inns that we have used.

Room was ok, a/c had to be reset, beds were ok.
Pool..."Indoor pool but not heated". I have seen indoor pools out of order, but never one you cannot swim in in the winter. Front desk said I should have called ahead to make sure...

Hard to locate hotel from highway at 9:00. Directions from siri was confusing and I did not appreciate getting panhandled by a woman in the parking lot at 8:00am

Did not have the room I booked available and ended up with a lower class of room.
The TV did not work. Breakfast choice of items was bad, even for this level of hotel.

The hotel was nice and clean, the hot water was actually HOT, the beds were very comfy, and the area was convenient to lots of eating establishments nearby. The front desk staff was not overly friendly, but not UNfriendly. Breakfast was ok…eggs and bacon, waffles, cereal and some fruit. Nothing to write home about, but filled our tummies to start the day. Overall, we were very happy with LaQuinta and would stay there again.
