Zazwyczaj rezerwuję pokój w każdy weekend.Nie ma wątpliwości, że ten hotel to najlepsza rezerwacja.Obsługa recepcji jest bardzo życzliwa i uprzejma dla hotelu.Dali nam apartament, który uważam za świetny. Pokój dzienny z kanapą i telewizorem, mały stolik z 4 krzesłami i podgrzewacz wody na wypadek, gdybyś chciał sobie zrobić kawę lub herbatę.Łóżko jest bardzo wygodne i dobrze spaliśmy, ponieważ jest to obszar przemysłowy. To bez hałasu, jakości i ceny polecam. Mają bufet?

出差這麼多次酒店第一次給評價、酒店checkin服務真的很垃圾、衹有兩個人辦理、這個酒店是航空公司中轉酒店、超級多人排隊入住！辦理入住一個小時以上、小夥伴們避坑
訂了兩個雙床房、結果給了一個大床一個雙床！無語

Check in was horrible. Unfriendly staff. Shutter limited and they didn’t give me options, even though was available. No phone to contact reception from the room.

In the end, we were not able to use the hotel due to illness, so we cannot rate the accomodation itself. But we made several attempts to contact the hotel via e-mail, asking about their restaurant and the announced free airport shuttle service. No reply at all!

Initially had problems with their early check-in which was supposed to start 48 hours before the actual stay. I called Melia and they contacted the hotel directly and made sure the staff were aware I was coming. This turned out to be a Huge advantage. The lobby was packed at midnight with other people trying to check in or get rooms. I was able to circumvent all of this and got to my room in no time at all. Wasn't able to contact the hotel directly for the shuttle from the airport. Not exactly sure what the issue was - it had to do with calling the hotel. could have been my phone. Scheduled the shuttle to the airport the next day. We were able to go early to the Madrid airport (which is a nightmare of an airport) as one of the employees drove us and another couple in a van there, the bus was full.
The buffet breakfast was Amazing! Fresh fruit! A very wide variety of items are available - both hot and cold. As much coffee as you wanted - which is a huge plus in my opinion.
I would stay there again

I don’t like to post negative reviews. However, this affiliated with Melia Hotel is a shame.Why would Melia risk its reputation to associate itself with such an awful hotel is
a mystery to me .
I sent 11 messages to the hotel asking about the shuttle. No one bothered to reply.
The staff is unfriendly , unmotivated and unhelpful. The hotel feels like a Salvation Army dormitory. Overall, a very miserable experience . Stay away!
