Good location. Comfortable stay.
However, the elevator is small, we cannot fit 2 luggage and 2 people in. Moreover, the nearby area is quite dark at night. Not feeling safe when we return at night.

Located near Atocha train station and within walking distance (＜40m) for major attractions (galleries, museums, royal palace etc). Room was clean however the design of hotel itself is not convenient. Upon entrance, there’s a revolving door at a raised level with small steps then after the revolving door you have to step down again. For travellers with heavy luggage this design is problematic- staff will try to help but when busy you have to handle yourself, no bell boys. Free water provided for first check in only and not available for subsequent days. Amenities very limited. Overall at this price level there should be other equivalent or better alternatives.

雖然大堂很小但房間挺大的，設施也不錯，距離火車站很近，性價比不錯。

Reception 的其中一個服務員態度極差，入住當天即10月30日問了一位服務員可否留下部份行李在酒店兩天後回來取，她說可以但需要付款每件一天收取3.4 欧元服務费。但到10月31日我們在12時check out 把行李留在行李間预定下午取回部份行李，把部分留下來，當時是下午4時30分左右reception由另一位女性服務員當值，她說行李間已滿不能為我們提供儲存服務，但當我們提著所有行李離開是，有一位服務員打開行李間門時，內裡只有兩三件行李，有很多空間。我們一行六人提著行李坐火車往另一城市作商務洽談，非常不便。

服務態度很好，前台人員都能英語溝通，到酒店當天比較早，非常感謝他們能通融提前幾個小時入住。酒店地點交通、飲食都非常方便，去火車站走路五分鐘，火車站有機場大巴

Bon accueil. Hôtel très proche des musées du Prado et Reina Sofia, parc du Chrystal Palace et de la gare d'Atocha. Par contre situé sur des grosses artères de circulation voitures, la chambre a deux fenêtres pour atténuer le bruit. Pour un 4*, j'ai trouvé que dans la chambre il manquait la bouilloire, plateau thé et café de bienvenue, juste une petite bouteille d'eau. Par contre chauffage poussé, j'avais 26 degrés C dans la chambre, trop chaud !
La salle de bain a une baignoire jacuzzi mais pas assez de fourniture savon, gel etc. La chambre simple n'offre pas de lit double mais un lit pour 1 personne.
Au petit déjeuner, j'ai trouvé le choix ok mais pas non plus exceptionnel, la qualité est celle des supermarchés, sauf pour la tortilla aux épinards. Pour les fans de thé, dans les chaînes AC, c'est souvent Dilmah.
Des supérettes autour de l'hôtel pour des achats d'eau et autres, c'est pratique.
Dans l'ensemble, le séjour fut bien mais sans plus, pas vraiment confortable. Carlton by Marriott, ça fait rêver mais c'est un autre rêve sur place. Il manque du charme et un bon fengshui. Je ne reviendrai pas.

아토차 역에 가까이 위치하고 있으면 직원 또한 친절합니다. 다만 체크인 후 방 내 화장실 변기에 플러싱 되지 않은 휴지가 남아있었습니다. 이에 호텔 직원에게 다시 한 번 방의 청결도를 체크하도록 요청했고 호텔은 다시 한 번 청소해 주었습니다. 메인 도로 앞이라 도로의 소음은 불가피하였으나 이는 역 근처에 숙박하는 이상 감안할 수 있는 점입니다.
