Hotel fuera del centro pero con buenas conexiones de bus y metro. Si tienes suerte puedes aparcar en las inmediaciones, que no son de pago. Personal amable (especialmente en el desayuno). Hubo un malentendido con la reserva pero quedó resuelto finalmente. Cama cómoda, muy buena ducha. Desayuno suficiente, aunque echamos en falta algo más de variedad de bollería. Zumo natural.

Service was excellent. I requested a little specials "Happy Birthday" decoration & the hotel staff kindly greeted us with Happy Birthday Balloons! Very simply & thoughtful, perfectly done. Parking is not included is what okay since I read about that before booking. The hotel location is a short drive to the main attractions (main city) so it brings the quiet when needed. Staff super friendly and nice. Veggie burger was delicious! We Loved Madrid & our stay!

Fantastic facilities plus a decent locations in between two metro stations. 20 minutes away from the traditional city centre of Madrid meant you could enjoy a bit of suburban vibes whilst easy to manage you time to hang out with you friends around Ópera and Sol!
