房間裏一股怪味道，像腳臭味，感覺像地毯上的。但是有暖氣和熱空調，這還是挺好的。對了，樓頂泳池上不去，別被圖片騙了。

I put my daughter up in this hotel the weekend before she started her study abroad program and the staff was amazing to us and her. They upgraded her room and made her feel welcome and safe.

This is a really wonderful hotel! I had a wonderful 8 night stay in April, thank you! I was given a very nice upgrade to the top floor terrace room, thanks so much, it made my Madrid trip very memorable! Its the best located hotel for the theatres on Gran Via. It feels very safe with tight security and the staff are very nice. The room was very comfortable, luxurious and large, and the terrace was a big bonus. Will definitely be back!

The hotel is in a great location on the Gran Via. Get the Airport Express Bus (currently 5 Euros), get off at Ciables and the take Line 2 on the Metro from Banco de Espana to Santo Domingo and you're there.
I booked this for the use of the pool after the Madrid Marathon. Very dissapointingly it was kept closed with no explanation.
The rooms are nice, but the walls are thin - expect to hear everything from the rooms around you.
Breakfast buffet is fine, your place is instantly cleared the moment you get up.
The location is great, use it as a convenient base.
