There aren’t many things in this hotel, one bar of soap and mixed body and shampoo liquid, the bed was comfy and the room spacious, the breakfast wasn’t bad either, a good choice if you need to stay close to the airport.

Es un hotel ideal para viajeros en transito , pues esta muy cerca al aeropuerto y el servicio de transporte al aeropuerto es excelente , el hotel no cuenta con gimnasio ni piscina o otras comodidades similares, solo algunas salas para sent**** a hablar o trabajar.
el desayuno es muy bueno y cuenta con algunos restaurantes de comida rápida a solo un par de cuadras, también hay un Mall a unos 10 minutos caminando
La atencion en el front desk puede mejorar , hay una niña en especial que puede mejorar su actitud a los clientes.

酒店還不錯，找酒店花了點時間，跑錯了兩個地方有點尷尬。早餐不錯，還有送機服務，一大早就把我送到了車站，值得入住！

Excelente servicio de traslado desde tal aeropuerto, completo y variado desayuno buffet, habitación amplia y limpia, personal agradable y profesional, ubicado a pocos minutos del centro comercial Plenilunio, volveremos sin dudarlo a disfrutar de este estupendo hotel

very modern, quiet and efficient...airport transfer as well. maybe a bit too efficient and not cosy...but definitely good for overnight stays at Madrid airport, just not much fun!

The hotel, room, and breakfast were very good. But the advertised free shuttle from the airport was a disaster as it took nearly an hour and half for the bus to show up even after multiple calls to the hotel front desk who kept saying it will be there in 5 minutes. It was raining and 4 degrees outside. Then, the guy at the front desk wanted to charge me again for the rook when I had already paid in advance. Either offer shuttle service that can provide service to guests or just don't offer it. Need to train the front desk staff better.
