La ubicación es inmejorable.
Nos hicieron un upgrade gracias a la llegada.
La piscina cierra pronto sin embargo no te ponen pegas para quedarte un rato más.
El Spa interior está incluido y está fenomenal.
Muy recomendable en general.

What an incredible place. Every encounter with those who work there, from the restaurant to the front desk to the cleaning staff, was impeccable. These folks really know what they are doing and how to make their guests feel at home.

WE ARRIVED ON Dec 25th AND MY FATHER PASSED AWAY SO WE HAD TO TAKE A FLIGHT BACK TO LOS ANGELES, WE ONLY USED 1 NIGHT AND WE EXPLAINED THE SITUATION TO THE HOTEL AND THEY HIT US WITH ONE ADDITIONAL DAY AS A CANCELLATION FEE!!! THAT IS NOT RIGHT, THEY DIDNT WANT TO WAIVE THAT FEE, NEVER AGAIN!!!

Liked everything about the property except the bedding itself. Pillows and bed hard and uncomfortable making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. If you prefer hard pillows, you'll be fine

The property was in a great location and walkable to lots of restaurants and attractions. The staff at the Pestana was first class with nice touches of hospitality that made us feel right at home.
