La verdad es que me esperaba mucho más del hotel, el desayuno con una variedad muy escasa y un espacio para desayunar reducido, aún más cuando hay gran volumen de huéspedes.
Lo mejor fue la cercanía del personal del hotel, y es de agradecer que el hotel me permitiera hacer el check in con antelación.

An outstanding hotel throughout. This was a minimalist hotel that worked perfectly. The bedroom was stunning and beautifully finished. The bathroom was great. The breakfast was very good with a substantial choice and nicely presented. The surrounding area was very nice and a good base from which to explore Madrid Staff were very helpful

Good , clean property. Dont expect early check in even on a long overnight international flight. Kinda disappointing. Also temperature in room is unregulated and very humid borderline hot. There was no fans or access to circulation, only a small opening of a.window.

Location is ideal, but the hotel could do with better cleaning (the state of the shower was very poor), bit smarter staff, they all look very green. TV also didn’t work I was also shocked by the amount in typos in all customer notices (the elevator ones are unreal!?!) Not just in English but also in Spanish 😂 I think overall they would do much better if they had more experienced staff working there

Needing just 2 nights in Madrid we choose this property as it was Central & near to everything we wanted whilst here 👍 Our greeting on reception from Nidia was sincere and with her smiles and friendliness our first impression was great Our room 207 was spacious and extremely clean plus the linens & towels were fresh plus the added bonus of water and Halloween 🎃 chocolates was a nice touch Any once looking to be near Gran Via and an abundance of shops , bars & restaurants this is the property to book Thank you Eurostars Central for making us welcome 🙏 we will be back

This is very nice hotel by looking at their website and I liked the contemporary design, including the room. We stayed for 3 days. However, a few things which were disappointments. The both bath room and bedroom are spacious but vanity is so small and we were not able to put our wash stuff on the vanity. I booked queen bed and it turned out to be a full bed. Also we planned to have breakfast included and somehow it was not. We have all breakfast’s included for all other hotel. It could be our mistake forgot to pick breakfast. But, at least, the website is not friendly. However, we had a nice stay
