Nice and comfortable apar**ent. Clean and warm. Close to all important points in the city centre. Very nice and quick check in!

We had the best time at this apar**ent and highly recommend. Moments from shops, bars and the metro the location is fantastic. The accommodation is really comfortable spacious and good quality with nice touches. Parking is underground and was tight for our UK estate car but eventually we got it parked ok and the staff were so helpfull. Everyone we met via text or in person was very helpfull and kind. We felt very welcome and we were made at ease. We would come back in a heartbeat and recommend very highly. PS it is in the low emission zone so please do check before booking your car is ok.

Absolutely beautiful accommodations. Would definitely recommend to anyone! It was my first time in Madrid and I was only there for a brief time (overnight layover) but if I am ever back, I will definitely be returning here! Great communication, clean, safe, and convenient.

Parking is not guaranteed!!! I had to move my car and find another spot to pay and park.

We stayed here just for one night during a day spent in Madrid before heading north. Amazing location close to everything. Building has a parking garage - something hard to find in hotels in the area. Subway is steps away from building. All the communication with the property managers was easy and worked well (we arrived and left after hours). The apar**ents ara spacious and comfy. Lots of room make it perfect for families; we really felt home. Small details were great: Nespresso style machine with capsules; milk; orange juice and some muffins at arrival, I will stay here next time

Everything as expected. Parking free inside building, difficult to get in and out. Service very good and property in general good. Very well located. We were welcomed with crackers, coffee, and juice and milk in fridge. The rooms were big and accommodating, bedding was ok too. We definitively recommend the property. Great options for families

그란비아 거리에서 가까워요. 난방이 아주 잘 되고 주방도구도 잘 갖춰져 있어서 잘 썼습니다. 주차장이 매우 협소해 주차 난이도는 최상! 가족여행으로 추천하고 다시 마드리드에 온다면 여기에 다시 묵을 거에요.

Apartamentos com uma excelente localização muito bem decorados e equipados, com estacionamento gratuito ( se tiver carro grande pedir para ficar com o lugar no -1 porque no piso menos -2 os acessos e os estacionamentos sao muito apertados) . Limpeza impecável.

1. Servicio al cliente: Aitan, el muchacho que estuve para recibirnos, fue muy cordial y resolvio cualquier pequeño problema que tuvimos durante nuestra estancia. 2. Ubicación: Muy central lo cual permitio que pudiesemos caminar a muchos lugares (hasta un par de kilometros) del apartamento. 3. El WiFi funciona perfectamente. 4. Aire acondicionado y calefacción funcionan perfecto. 5. Lavadora de ropa funciona perfecta. 6. Televisión SMART en la sala permite ver Netflix (si tienes cuenta propia). 7. Las propietarias están disponibles todo el tiempo a través de WhatsApp y son muy atentas. 8. Este es el quinto apartamento que he rentado en Madrid. Todos tienen sus imperfecciones y a pesar de que hay cosas que no nos gustaron, volveremos sin duda a rentar aquí y lo recomendaríamos sin pensarlo dos veces. Es más, ya hicimos reservaciones para regresar en Marzo 2024. 9. La cama no es de las más comfortables pero se puede dormir. 10. El sofa cama no lo ulitizamos pero como sofa, está en un poco de mal estado (colchón descocido en una parte, manchas de agua o algo en los colchones).
