Clean, spacious enough, secure, boutique type simple accommodation but everything you need 🙂 very pleasantly surprised as so reasonably priced. Great location near Atocha Train station and Retiro Park . Lovely staff, really helpful. Quiet as literally 8 rooms! Complimentary tea, coffee and snacks. So unusual for Spain xx highly recommend, wish I had found this gem at the beginning of my vacation !

I had a booking confirmation with a payment to make at the property. The day before they tried to get the full payment through my card amd was denied not sure why and for that reason i received a message about it and decided to make a call to ensure my booking and even texted beforehand the time arrival will be at 6:30pm. Notice that was on the first of January. We got to the place and was closed and called many times to the property and they never answered. Everything is shown on the pictures. We were traveling with our son of 5years old and we had to move to another hotel in front to avoid moving around in the cold weather with him. I want to report the incident and the very bad experience. So far, I haven’t been charged but I found very unprofessional they respond so decided to make sure everyone know about them. I’m very disappointed and first time something like this happened to me before.

We had a good experience and this not your typical American style hotel. This is a small part of a residential building. There are exactly 8 rooms for 1-2 people. The rooms are small but nicely decorated and very clean. There is a small reception area with coffee, tea, water, cookies, croissants, and muffins. There is also a small refrigerator and microwave that can be used. We are a family of 2 adults and three teenagers so we had three rooms. The rooms are very reasonably priced in a great location close to the Atocha Train Station, Prado Museum, and Prague Del Retiro. The reception area is staffed only a short time each day but the email communication was good and explained how to enter the building and the hotel area. Keys are left at the desk with your last name.

The location was great, 10mins walking to the train station. Facilities were very clean and good size. I had a room with a lil balcony. Tea, coffee, biscuits and cold filtered water provided at any time which was great too. Lift and aircon working perfectly. Make sure you do the check in online in advance as the instructions to get in might be a bit confusing. Great value for money!. I would definitely recommend and stay again :).

Clean and comfortable and very accessible to Atocha RENFE. Staff was helpful and attentive, and A/C worked great. Very pleased with experience and hospitality.

Staff professional, friendly and helpful, room clean, bed good, shower good, wi-fi good, room price great for this location. Free coffee, tea, cocoa, mini muffins and croissants at the reception area where you can sit and chill. There is even free milk in the small fridge (you can put your stuff there too). The location is perfect, you can walk everywhere. Some would say rooms are maybe small and not so quiet but for what do you need a big room when you are in a town like Madrid, you are anyway all day out... At least we are :) And when we talk about silence, you can not really have that in a big city and at this location which is in the city center (probably in a big hotel with additional isolation but for that you need to pay much more money). In my opinion this small hotel is a perfect place to stay and we will definitely come back when we are again in Madrid.

If traveling thru Atocha or stopping overnight in Madrid before headingvin, this clean and convenient hotel is well worth the stop. The location is very handy to both Atocha main station and Line 1 metro in Madrid. A good choice for any budget traveler.

The hotel location is close to Atocha station about 10 -minute walk but you have to take some steps uphills when carrying luggage. Follow instructions closely because there are 3 doors before you can enter your room. Room is clean but very small. Bring your own shampoo and soap since theirs are not good. Nespreso coffee is provided.

I've enjoyed staying here, the room was small but very clean. The people are very friendly, helping where possible. Unfortunately you hear it when someone is walking on the corridor, but in the evening everyone is quit. The bed is very comfortable, I definitely recommend this hotel, and will visit it again
