I dont recommend this hotel for extremely rude, cruel and disrespectful staff that is able to insult its guests and rise the voice on them! Thats just something beyond, from other world. Like this even in jail nobody talks to their guests. We had to leave it immediately and loose our reservation.

Great value on an excellent location. Very comfortable rooms that have been very well remodeled. Breakfast is offered, nevertheless, we chose to walk to the nearby Mercado de la Paz where Casa Dani is located. We stayed at this Hotel following a friend’s recommendation of a cousin that lives in Madrid and it was definitely worth it. We will be back.

Truly a good hotel. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The place is spotless and the furniture looks new. One can feel the eye for detail throughout the hotel, I enjoyed for example the nice selection of tea available in the room. The highlight of the stay was the breakfast which was not only delicious but very complete, from delicious pastries, breads to local touches (like tomato juice in small jars), selection of Spanish hams and cheeses. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

I actually lived in this hotel for a month while in Madrid. The location is excellent. The staff was wonderful. It was so clean. July is really hot in Madrid and the air conditioning in my room was amazing. I loved returning to my room after touring in the heat all day. No complaints about the bathroom. The water pressure was great. Staying in a hotel for a month can go either way. I am so thankful that this stay went so well. It really made my stay in the city comfortable and enjoyable.

El hotel está en obra y no lo comunican. Las habitación en su página de internet a dos día del ingresos me costó más de 300 euros, por la ubicación pensé que los valía … en su página el día del ingreso la misa habitación la ofrecen abajo de los 100 euros, es un abusos me siento robado !! Los cuartos son verdaderamente malos !! Dejé el hotel y se niegan hacer el reembolso correspondiente !!

Ho soggiornato tre notti presso questa struttura la cui descrizione, nel sito dell'albergo come pure in altri siti di prenotazione, è accurata e rispondente alla realtà. La posizione è consigliabile per chi, non volendo risiedere nel centro storico, voglia conoscere bene un quartiere residenziale elegante, ben e al tempo stesso vivace e ben servito come Salamanca. L'albergo occupa tre piani (dal 5° al 7°) di un palazzo d'epoca, con accesso tramite ascensore. Le aree comuni non sono grandissime ma molto accoglienti e ben curate. Riguardo alle camere, io ho soggiornato in una singola standard, molto piccola, come correttamente indicato all'atto della prenotazione, ma tutto sommato comoda e funzionale, sebbene troppo disadorna e spartana. Le camere doppie - intraviste dal corridoio - sembrano decisamente più calde e accoglienti. Malgrado la struttura si trovi su una strada trafficatissima, le camere con affaccio interno sono ben isolate dai rumori di strada. Purtroppo lascia molto a desiderare l'insonorizzazione tra le camere, in particolare con i bagni, tanto più se i vicini sono maleducati. Eccellente la colazione per varietà, freschezza e qualità (ottimi i succhi di frutta fatti in casa), anche se dopo le 10 alcuni prodotti vengono a mancare, soprattutto nelle mattine più affollate. Servizio cordiale ed efficiente, buona la pulizia. Attenzione alla procedura per la conferma e il pagamento della prenotazione effettuata direttamente sul sito dell'hotel che, come indicato in altre recensioni, non è chiara e si svolge in più fasi (va sempre controllata la casella di posta). Buono il rapporto qualità/prezzo per la zona. Consiglio il soggiorno purché sia sia pienamente consapevoli di cosa offre esattamente.

Es un hotel pequeño pero cómodo, tiene lo básico para descansar, buena cama y buena ducha. Es agradable, amigable y muy bien localizado con lo cual su relación calidad precio es muy adecuada! Recomiendo este hotel y lo volvería a utilizar en cualquier momento.

Agradable hotel, recepción agradable, habitaciones suficientemente amplias, buen baño, colchón cómodo, tranquilidad absoluta, no hay ningún ruido en las habitaciones, empieza en una quinta planta, las habitaciones son exteriores a la calle Velázquez o bien interior a un patio de luces muy amplio Existe un aparcamiento público en kas proximidades

Pague habitación doble para uso individual cama grande 170€/noche y cuando llegue me dieron un zulo con cama pequeña pegada a la pared y pasillo to para llegar al baño. Baño igual de grande q habitación. La luz verde de emergencia en un cuartucho de esas dimensiones es como dormir con un faro en la habitación. Estaría bien por 30€. Pero calidad precio muy mal. No repetiré.
