Apartamentos Caballero de Gracia

This was the very best place to stay in Madrid! Our host welcomed us with a bottle of wine and was simply amazing! The apartment was exceptionally clean and we had every thing we could've needed or wanted! It was on a busy street but we didn't hear any noise at night! We could walk almost everywhere from our room! Stay here when in Madrid!

Madrileños are famous for their hospitality, and this apartment is the perfect entrance to start enjoying it. Juan and his wife Ana walk the extra mile over and over again, and the well-trained staff follows their lead. My apartment was on the first floor with a charming balcony and temperature perfect, even for hot or cooler days. The bed is large and the mattress very comfortable, with two types of pillows to accommodate different needs. A workstation and an armchair to read. A table for having lunch or dinner. Deco is traditional and pleasing to the eye. The kitchen is state of the art, and you have everything you need using the nearby cheap Dia supermarket. The sidestreet is fantastic as so quiet and amid Central Madrid activity. Everything is close by with many buses and in the middle of two metro stations. Unless you plan to go far, you can walk to all relevant landmarks. They have a place to park as well. There’s an excellent resto on the same street, and a couple of others too. The service includes regular cleaning and changing towels, which were good quality and abundant, soap, detergent, so on and so forth. Everything is impeccable. I used wifi intensively for my work, and it worked fine. There’s a shared workplace with a computer and printing facilities that you may use. Juan will receive you regardless of how inconvenient the time is. He is the dreamy host, and trust me, and I tested his patience many times with the multiple cancellations my flights had due to the pandemic. Juan will always smile and find a reasonable alternative. The wine bottle you receive upon arrival is just one of the details that make you feel he is a friend rather than a host. I strongly recommend this place and will return for sure. I’m sure I forget the countless details, so just go and enjoy.

Impecable!!!. Juan, un amigo, desde el primer momento; recibiendote con un obsequio. Tomandose su tiempo para explicarte que y como visitar Madrid. La ubicacion inmejorable, a pasos de la Gran Via. Cerca de los mejores lugares de Madrid. El apartamento totalmente equipado, microondas, cocina, lavarropas, etc. etc. etc. Limpio por donde se lo mire, altamente recomendable. Si vas a Madrid, Apartamentos Caballero de Gracia es el lugar. Espero volver. Gracias Juan por todo. Abrazo a la distancia....

Hemos pasado 4 días en los apartamentos y el trato dispensado por Juan ha sido excepcional. La ubicación del apartamento es estupenda pues está muy cerca del centro y te da la oportunidad de "patear" Madrid y de visitar lugares emblemáticos. La limpieza, la decoración y la climatización también muy bien. Lo recomiendo!.

Excelente apartamento e localização óptima. Pode-se conhecer a pé as principais ruas da cidade assim como Museus (Prado, Thiesen, etc.). Apartamento completo com tudo o necessário e limpeza 100%. Valor qualidade/preço muito bom. O proprietário, Juan, pessoa amabilíssima e prestável dando todas as indicações necessárias e até ofereceu uma garrafa de vinho. Rua sossegada sem barulho, perto de estações de metro. Sempre que voltar a Madrid, ficarei nestes apartamentos!

Todo fue perfecto : - recepción por Luis con muchas explicaciones - regalo de bienvenida - piso muy limpio - piso grande - cama amplia - situation muy céntrica que permite visitar todo andando - calma (en pleno centro de Madrid) - desayuno disponible a 10 metros

Juan est un hôte extraordinaire, d'une grande gentillesse, à l'écoute de ses clients, de très bon conseil, un vrai plaisir de l'avoir rencontré. L'appartement est situé de façon idéale en plein centre de Madrid, vous pouvez accéder à pieds à toutes les principales attractions de la ville, c'est juste parfait. Et énorme point positif à Madrid, le calme de l'appartement malgré sa situation centrale parfaite, un rêve. L'appartement était spacieux et entièrement équipé, il y a absolument tout ce qu'il faut pour y rester 2 jours ou 3 semaines sans problème; Il y a même un service de ménage qui est proposé, c'est top. Foncez, vous ne regretterez pas votre choix, c'est simplement parfait. Un énorme merci à Juan pour son accueil !

Tienen que visitarlo, es uno de los lugares que yo conosco con mejor relacion costo calidad..Excelente TODO. Perfecta ubicacion, limpieza, calidad,servicios adicionales, instalaciones atencion...TODO. Felicidades Juan in abrazo !
