Doskonała lokalizacja, czysty pokój, wielkość pokoju bardzo duża w porównaniu do hotelu w centrum miasta. Personel jest pomocny. Śniadanie jest w porządku, niewiele opcji, tylko jajecznica, szynka, chleb i owoce. Jeśli wymeldujesz się przed godziną lotu, skorzystaj z przechowalni bagażu.

The hotel is in a very convenient, communicative place - next to a stop on 3 metro lines and numerous buses. 15 minutes walking and 2 stops from Plaza de Espana. There are enough and excellent restaurants, patisseries and cafes around, next to El Corte Ingles. The room is large, clean, quiet. The breakfast is delicious, plentiful. The employees are responsive and attentive. We had a transfer to the airport. I recommend this hotel.

-clean -welcoming and helpful staff I'm delighted by Muralto Princesa, they provided great service! The place had good WIFI! Also, the breakfast was super tasty and there were variety of breads and hams.

We stayed 6 days/5 night and loved it. Our room was kept clean. The kitchen's tiny but we never cooked. Muralto's location is very good, since it's a 3-minute walk to Arguelles bus and subway stations. Madrid runs a blue bus #001 specifically for tourists that's absolutely FREE and it conveniently stops at Arguelles. It runs from Atocha to Moncloa and back several times a day. Important to know to get in the first door and wait for the driver to give you a ticket --- I assume it's to count how many people actually use the Free service. El Corte Ingles (huge department store chain), Zara, BM Supermarket, Lidl, Carrefour, Alcampo supermarket and Mercadona are nearby. Plaza de Espana and Templo de Debod are also walkable. I attached pictures of the breakfast buffet. There's enough food choices to start your day. Note: tap water is drinkable here. Special thanks to Alicia Lucas and Roberto at the front desk.

Location perfect for a vacation in Madrid with acces to metro, buses. Employers very agreable. Maximum of confort. Very clean. Many good restaurants in the area. Reception and check in check out very easy.

Great - very clean. The rooms are very large. I wish they would up their occupancy levels because they can certainly allow more guests in each spacious room. Rooms have a small kitchen - small fridge, microwave, sink, etc.

The hotel is well located in the center of Madrid and near el Corte Ingles, the largest department and grocery store in Spain. The staff was very friendly and helpful especially concerning the printing of documents and boarding passes.
