Breakfast was amazing. The church next door is breathtaking, close to lots of lovely things. Staff very friendly and very helpful.

My room was close to the room where the cleaning personel was and they where giving a lot of noise in the morning. Not possible to sleep long.

This property was a total disappoin**ent. We were 3 couples traveling together. All 3 room were unacceptable. One of the major things is this property claims to have air conditioning and when we went to complain to front desk, clerk yelled at 3 groups of people THERE IS NO AIR CONDITIONING IN TBIS HOTEL .( yet they claim they do )
The first room that was offered to me was was smelly to the point I thought someone had just used the bathroom. Later I found out some other guest had same problem . I was then offered another room that did not smell , but for this luxury I had to pay an extra 15.00 per night . When I was given 2nd room , I went to take a shower at 11:40 pm and the shower did not work , so I was given a key to another room so I had to go to front desk so I could pick up another key so I could shower. . I would not stay in this property if it was given to me for free .

Great location for walking to the Prado, Retiro Park, Plaza Mayor, Mercado de San Miguel and Palacio Real. The staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast buffet was fantastic—fresh fruit and juices.

Fabulous location, lovely staff, comfortable rooms and wonderful breakfast room.
Only fault is the maintenance and upkeep of the place which is a bit shoddy.....but don't let thst put you off, location and breakfast alone are worth it and I would definitely return.

Very well locsted in centrsl Madrid. Walking distance to the three major art galleries and to Plaza Mayor area. Didn't do any shopping but major stores all around. Good buffet breakfast
